Really bad experience, in the first look agency was looking good when we checked property, we was interested in the property and want to live there, they asked documents we send it to them.
Agent was telling that it will took 24-48hours, but it was far from true, they told get in touch with us after that period of time, but nothing then we call to the agency office nobody pickup the phone, we tryed 2 3 days till they pickup, after it they told agency awaiting landlord agreement it would took 3days max,
we call them next week after that period of time again same story nobody pickingup tryed 1 2 days when they answered told the same story awaiting from landlord, alright week later we don't getting any information so calling again and nobody picking up, so I go to the office and met one of agent, I came mad why they wasting our time, he was explaining situation really nice why it's like that and he promised to contact us when whey will get the answer (straight away when I left he close the shutter)
Awaiting answer till now, event was mid of June
DO NOT WASTE PEOPLE TIME!!!!

Outstanding service, the guys go above and beyond to help. Keep me update about my tenants and my properties in relation to any changes. Buying a house is one of the most important and difficult task in life especially when you have been rejected from everywhere and everyone else but kk rich made it not only possible but easy and smooth, they truly look after you from the bottom of there hearts and not just to earn a living.
They now manage my property and i couldn't be more happier and grateful, one of the best decisions i have made till now.
