Can’t heap enough praise on Nancy Inglis (Beckenham Branch) - from the moment I walked in and explained my situation, she knew exactly the type of property I was looking for, came up with a shortlist of 5 and we went and saw all of them. Nancy gave me her honest opinion on the pros ans cons of each and 3 hours later I had paid the deposit on my preferred choice. Her great service didn't stop there - she helpfully guided me through the subsequent paperwork, from references and helpful information right through to signing the contract, checking in and picking up the keys. If you need to rent - ask for Nancy - you can't go wrong! Minesh
Don't bother with KFH. They really don't act in the best interest of the vendor. There are far better estate agents in the borough.
Great and professional service. Robyn who was our sales progressor was brilliant. Her work ethic and motivation to get things done was great. She really did, at sometime what was a frustrating time for all parties involved kept the process moving. Very lovely and honest which was really appreciated. I would definitely recommend her service to anyone purchasing, especially first time buyers who might find the process a bit daunting.
One of the worst lettings agency. Property management is as bad as you can ever imagined - Unprofessional, lying. I rented a property from them and they haven't even cleaned the flat when I am moving-in. Inventory check hasn't happened. Flooring is plastered to cover the rot and boiler is broken. Had been chasing up the property management to fix the issues and they never respond. Heavily frustrating and fed up with their non-service. Never recommend this lettings agency to any one.
Jake made moving in easy, very organised, professional and polite. All the qualities you need in an agent. Would highly recommend to all who are looking to rent in the Croydon area.
I am leaving 1 star and that is for Maxine Apps-she is their jewel in the crown and worth her weight in gold. I would giver her 14/10!!
So far the rest of my experience has been pretty poor it shouldn't be because I think they are fairly well set up but their communication skills are so poor that I find myself chasing and chasing. It's so frustrating and a total waste of my time and money. I have had contact from the lady who will manage things moving forward and she sounds very hopeful (fingers crossed) but at this stage I wouldn't recommend Bairstow Eves which is a shame because all they needed to do was give me a call and not ignore my emails.
Hayley from Foxtons has been invaluable with a property purchase and is always ready and willing to talk to me and answer questions. She has made a difficult process easier with her warmth and professionalism. I would highly recommend her to other people.
Really bad organization. Unreliable and bad communication. Although they pretend to be the best is not real. They charge more then other competitors..
Simon Jukes is a diamond - knows his market, good common sense, calm manner, great at handling both parties to a transaction (we've bought and sold with him and both times he's soothed the frustrations and kept everyone sensible), he's proactive keeping things moving along, and most importantly I trust his integrity. Paula had an offer on our flat that we could have been persuaded to accept - she did the honest thing rather than the easy thing and advised us to hold out because she thought she could do better for us. We did and she did. It's a shame they're not on every High Street - but if they were they wouldn't be what they are!
My move was a bit of a marathon, three sellers pulling out, my buyer pulling out just before Christmas. But we got there in the end. Got me a buyer in a tricky market because of fears over brexit, & always kept informed during the proceedings.
