They always respond immediately to emails, which is extremely rare these days, and keep us informed every step of the way. I highly recommend Darren, Archie and Andrea at Cray Norton Estate Agents for their reliable, helpful and professional service.
2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Ohh wow, we cannot recommend Webbs Estate Agents enough. We have used them on several occasions, and they never fail to deliver! The staff are truly outstanding, as not only are they knowledgeable, but always make time to assist and support you from start to finish. A speacial mention to Pauline, who went above and beyond to find solutions, and thereby relieve some of our stresses with a particular difficult house purchase.

4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Nicola & Grant were both very helpful throughout the instruction and marketing stages, though once a buyer was found we felt the follow-ups regarding chasing of the purchaser & his solicitor was lacking somewhat, otherwise this review would be 5*. Having said that, once completion dates were being mentioned they were helpful in making sure that all parties involved were singing from the same hymn sheet. It was also new to us that the purchaser paid their fees rather than us as a vendor, which, whilst unconventional in the general property market, has apparently worked well for them for a number of years & was definitely a bonus to us. I would certainly use them again.

She was incredibly patient, professional, and always kept communication open between myself and the seller throughout the entire process. There were several challenges along the way, but Katie remained supportive, proactive, and determined to find solutions. No matter the obstacles, she kept everyone informed, chased things when needed, and made sure the process kept moving forward. Her regular updates and reassurance made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier to manage. Thanks to Katie’s dedication, persistence, and hard work, we got there in the end. I am so grateful for all her support and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you, Katie ?? you made purchasing my first home so smooth!!

1st May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Bola the director has the worst attitude I’ve ever come across from an estate agent. Passive aggressive and rude and also the adverts for 0 deposit aren’t true and they force you to take out a guarantor service even though you meet or exceed salary requirements for a place. Bola Needs a serious attitude check, he should be embarrassed about the way he’s running this business, extremely disappointed by management team

The person who answered the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the conversation. He asked who my current landlord was and which estate agency I had previously rented through. When I told him I had rented through Samuel Estates, he responded by saying he had never heard of them in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. From that point on, his attitude was unnecessarily rude and made me feel unwelcome. I was simply trying to enquire about a property viewing and expected to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Customer service is an important part of any estate agency, and unfortunately my experience was very poor. It comes with unexpected moments and difficult parties at every turn that can leave you fighting exhausted against the current. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a property.- 14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Dane at Oaks in South Norwood was a breath of fresh air - yes most agents can be annoying and hard work and yes its part of their job! Dane made this whole slightly painful process as good as it can be - he was communicative (sooo important), thorough and i felt he was honest as well and I built a trustful relationship with him. Would def recommend using Oaks and would use them again although not planning on moving again for a while!

2nd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I was highly recommended by a close freind of mine of a newly sited independent estate agency in the heart of South Croydon for the sale of our properties. I cannot express enough to anyone in using Marriot Vernon without a doubt. The expertise, knowledge guidance and the transparency. The beginning to the end is a complete story of helping in any avenue of assurance and comfort. There is no hidden, minute clauses, charges, percentages and tied into wrangles of advertisement of a sale in there contracts or promises which other agents do. This is a an agency what they say they do the end. They are open to competitors and I know fully well they command a prestigious elevated position, which one is drawn too. Anyone out there thinking of selling it is a home to a home, team effort and work ethos. Within 2 weeks of advertisement of the sale of our property I had an offer right through completion that's a result! Straight forward and no hidden agendas. Try them you wont be disappointed I am glad I did so thanks to my freinds recommendation and now I am highly recommending you.
