Excellent communication and the guys work hard to drum interest and screen for time wasters. My property sold with them and that was a great feeling. No matter who you speak with there they are always polite and empathetic and offer a flexible service. I would highly recommend them. Just try for yourself and see ????

He got back to our questions within the working day, was happy to meet for second, third, and fourth viewings, and kept calm and friendly during the entire purchasing process. 10/10.

I had a very difficult buyer and the team kept the sale on track with their communication and professionalism. In the end the sale went through and everyone was happy. A special mention to Richard, Rena, Amir and Ross as they were key in making the move happen

2nd Aug 2024 (23 weeks ago)Rent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk

29th Sep 2024 (15 weeks ago)Overall they have been a great estate agent. They originally valued the property at £450k which was too high and resulted in no viewings. I had to drop the price by £25k after 6 weeks so I think they got the valuation wrong originally. The team were great, communication was good with the team setting up a what’s app good.
