Andrew was helpful and professional from start to finish. Emails and phone calls were answered / returned quickly, and explanations were clear - appreciated all the more as a first time buyer. Andrew made the process as stress-free as possible and for that I’m very grateful. Highly recommend.
Don't bother with KFH. They really don't act in the best interest of the vendor. There are far better estate agents in the borough.
We have just exchanged contracts and from start to finish Lindsey and her team have been amazing. We moved from another agent and we are so glad that we did; viewings increased exponentially; the level of service was exemplary. After we received an offer, Vanessa took over the shepherding of the negotiations and she has been amazing. In fact I quickly run out of superlatives to describe her tenacity, dedication, and hard work in getting the transaction through to exchange. I am quite clear that without her we would still be waiting to exchange. We are very grateful to KFH West Wickham. It is a no brainer to employ them. They set the standard and that standard is very high. Well done team!
Many people are uncomfortable to leave a negative review with their names, however, our experience was so dreadful with this unprofessional agency that we would like to share it with others. The property we've recently bought was solely marketed by this agency so we didn't have a choice but to try and work with them. However, the whole office is unbelievably incompetent. First of all, your private details are handled carelessly resulting in us gaining regular access to their other clients' private data (both vendors and buyers) both via e-mail and postal letters. Think carelessly copied in e-mails from other clients, postal letters addressed to other clients attached to ours in the same envelope. Once could be a mistake but this happening numerous times via both methods raises serious concerns.
Second, as we already had our mortgage sorted and our chain was very short and all freehold we requested the exchange date to be within 9 weeks from acceptance of offer (this is a perfectly acceptable amount of time) so we could avoid paying another 2.5 months of rental fee unnecessarily. Vanessa claimed that our request is impossible and set up the exchange date 10 weeks after the offer got accepted. Ironically, about 10 days before their chosen exchange date they started to harass us to exchange asap as everyone in the chain was apparently ready to sign immediately. When we refused to bring the dates ahead due to them being ignorant about our needs earlier we've been put under incredible and completely unnecessary pressure with their constant calls, e-mails (even to our solicitor to convince us!!) pushy attitude and agressive tactics. To the point, that I had to switch phone numbers for a week to avoid repeating ourselves the 10th time about our refusal of a last minute change of the date that they forced on us in the first place. And to the point that we got very close to pulling out of the whole purchase just to get rid of this horrible agency. No doubt, had we found another suitable property at that point we would have pulled out without thinking twice.
Thirdly, despite all the stress they caused to try and bring the exchange date earlier last minute "due to everyone was ready", guess what.. on the named exchange day the exchange had to be cancelled due to the rest of the chain not even being ready with their paperwork. It's a wonder that the purchase actually happened in the end.
I'm just about to move into my second let arranged through Mann Sydenham and they have made the transition seamless. The staff are great, and it's lovely to see familiar faces still at the branch a year later. I think that says something about them as a team. Daniel (the manager) was great at looking out for suitable properties for us, and Doug is a warm, friendly Lettings negotiator who really looked after us. Hazel completed all the paperwork side of things very efficiently. What else can I say? Fab!
Really poor service, specially the lettings department as they are very poor in communicating with customers.

Having decided to look for a 1 bedroom flat to rent near Crystal Palace I found a decent sized property about 20 minutes walk away through Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward for £850 per month. Not overly expensive I thought. I arranged a viewing with Alex on the Saturday. She seemed helpful (don't they all) and we agreed on a viewing at 11:30am on the Saturday.
The Saturday arrived and I didn't want to be late as my journey was an hour and half to get to the viewing. Just as I was arriving at just after 11am at the front door I got a call saying sorry but the viewing has been postponed. No prior notice was given and I was pretty annoyed at the time wasted. I was called back again with a further apology saying that if I would go for a second viewing I would get some discount off of the agency fees.
I saw the property for the second viewing and liked it and got the ball moving. NO DISCOUNT WAS OFFERED and I had to part with £656.15 with was for £210 tenant fees and £120 for referencing and the rest towards the initial deposit which still left me with a balance of £2194 before the move in date which wasn't a problem.
The contract was for 15 months which I thought was odd and did query this but was told its either 15, 18 or 24 month contract.
Upon my final visit just to hand in some more papers and fill out yet more forms I was told that mid contract the landlord now wanted to implement a rent rise but also there was no figure as to how much of an increase. I told them no way and if the landlord wanted to increase the rent he would have to do it after the contract has finished. Ridiculous!!!!
Due to my mum's ill health and social services not being able to go ahead with a care package for my mum which had already been agreed with them I was forced to unfortunately pull out of the flat so I can carry on caring for her. KFH still had over a months notice from the date the flat was available to find tenants for this and have so far refused to pay back any of this money. I have been very reasonable with them and said yes they can keep the agency fees and the referencing (£330) and just return the rest (£326.15) which would have gone to the landlord. Instead, they are keeping the lot for their own profit and are showing no signs of wanting to play fair. They are going to find other tenants within the month and charge them another set of tenant fees and referencing so no doubt be quids in.
I am in the process of seeking legal representation on this as I was hoping for at least a bit of compassion and understanding. I haven't cost them any money and in fact know that they will make more now.
In the meantime. I would recommend to anybody to avoid these people as they seem to be up there with the worst of them.

They live up to their amateurish reputation and then some. A motivated buyer, after countless calls I finally managed to book an appointment with Reiss to see a penthouse at 15 Lansdowne Road. Reiss's colleague failed to turn up and wasted my time. Bafflingly, rather than apologise, Reiss tried to blame me.The result is that Foxtons have lost an almost certain sale for the vendor.
We have been renting a flat through the agency for over 2 years and i can say they are amazing. From the minute we walked through the door back in December 2015 looking for a flat to rent up until the begining of this month when we moved out from the flat we felt welcomed and the staff did everything they could to help us out in a professional and friendly manner, In particular Brooke (our property manager), she has always been there for us and offered us a 5 star service ( friendly, professional, speedy, genuine) ..Thank you Brooke for all your hard work!!!!!!!.. I highly recommend this agency to everybody!!!
Rubbish. Estate agents don't have a good name generally and this company does nothing to change that perception.
