Many thanks to Scot an amazing and caring professional that showed me the perfect place for me ticking off all my requirements and to his colleague Pasquale who is a brilliant broker! With them two I could do it all over again!

Buying and selling a house can be stressful, but they always treated us with kindness, empathy and patience, keeping everyone informed and doing everything they could to move things forward.<br><br>What impressed us the most was how they went above and beyond when the chain was at risk. They stepped in, worked tirelessly behind the scenes and quite literally helped save the deal. Their dedication made all the difference.<br><br>We are now happily settled in a house that we absolutely love, and we’re so grateful for everything Webb Estate Agents did to help make that happen.<br><br>Thank you for your professionalism, compassion and outstanding service. They gave me good advice, kept me informed every step of the way, answered emails promptly, and worked hard at marketing a property that wasn't the easiest to sell. They were always kind and courteous, and dealt skilfully with potential buyers. Highly recommended.

12th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)AVOID AVOID AVOID. WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.<br><br>Tenant for 3 years and the property management from Leaders was appalling throughout.<br><br>The emergency repairs line is effectively non-existent. If you have an urgent issue outside of normal business hours, good luck getting any meaningful support. This is potentially dangerous when genuine emergency repairs are needed.<br><br>Communication has been consistently dreadful. Every member of staff I dealt with seemed impossible to contact. Emails were poorly written or unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and issues routinely required repeated chasing. Nobody appeared to take ownership of a problem or follow it through to resolution.<br><br>The Section 21 process was handled badly. There appeared to be no proper checks regarding whether we had actually vacated the property, and now, almost 90 days after moving out, we are being chased for money relating to an unspecified issue. Despite multiple requests, no clear information or evidence has been provided explaining the charge.<br><br>This is all before mentioning the challenges we faced with a consistently difficult landlord. A good managing agent should help resolve issues between tenants and landlords professionally and efficiently, but throughout our tenancy we felt unsupported and left to deal with problems ourselves.<br><br>After three years as tenants, this has been an extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor communication, poor organisation, and a complete lack of accountability.

From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage with excellent communication, always responding promptly and making sure we understood what was happening.<br><br>Our conveyancing journey was far from straightforward, with several unexpected challenges along the way. Despite this, Tiarnae remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together, even holding it until exchange, which was instrumental in ensuring everything progressed successfully.<br><br>Her dedication and patience in providing an outstanding service made a stressful process much easier for us. Tiarnae is a real credit to the South Croydon branch and her professionalism and customer care deserve to be recognised.<br><br>We would highly recommend Tiarnae and Salal to anyone buying or selling a home. Zero empathy, absolute chaos in communication, Zero integrity. They tell you something today and completely opposite the next day . Have worked with agents before and never had such experience. Their way of handling a transaction made us think is it worth going all the trouble to get a place of our own. So demeaning and prejudiced team. Zero transparency . Zero stars . Hope the team could treat people better.

I would very much recommend this company as they live up to the expectations we expect from estate agents nowadays.

We had a couple agents over who were similar in values however, Dan saw the value in our home and came in with a much higher valuation in comparison to theirs. He backed it up by arranging a couple off-market viewings for us and subsequently, found us our buyers without the need to go online to market. The communication was excellent and Dan pushed the sale through in just over 5 weeks. We couldnt have done it without Dan and will always be grateful for his service when selling!
