Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Very professional, they kept me informed every step of the way, providing feedback after each viewing and managing offers received. I would like to specifically mention Dilek who is the office manager, a lovely helpful lady, and Barbara, who conducted the viewings. She previewed the properties and created comprehensive file notes so that she had loads of additional information to provide answers to questions that were raised by the viewers.
