Would recommend Hunters. I had Susanna and different agents round for a valuation and hands down, Susanna was my favourite. Very efficient and good with communication. Hunters had done their research and pricing is transparent so no hard sell. Would recommend

I have been a landlord since 2007 and have used the services of Hunters (previously Hadley) since 2007. They have always been totally professional and have been responsive to any queries from various tenants or myself over the years. I've had contact with many different members of staff and without exception they have been courteous, friendly and helpful. On the few occasions that I visited the offices I was greeted almost as a friend, not just another customer, and this attitude made for a very relaxed working relationship. Over the past 14 years there have been hardly any occasions when a problem wasn't sorted immediately, and on the very few times that a slight delay occurred I was always assured that it would be corrected as soon as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and the "icing on the cake" was that I think I received good quality business knowledge for very reasonable fees. My thanks to everyone that I've dealt with and I hope you all have a very happy Christmas and a healthy New Year.

I was a first time buyer and Olivia and susanna talked me through every step . Making me feel at ease . Olivia was very responsive to all of my questions and I felt she was very good at communicating between myself ... the vendors and the solicitors. Nothing was too much trouble it seemed and that made the whole home buying process so much easier for me . Would highly recommend hunters estate agents

Dealings with Susanna & Tom
Myself and my partner found what we thought to be our dream property however Hunters made every possible attempt to make our lives absolute hell. We went to view the property which we immediately said we wanted, it was 2 months later after a terrible ordeal with referencing due to the incompetency of Hunters that we finally got the keys. We had the whole house professionally painted straight away, I am pregnant so we were very eager to try and settle as quickly as possible and as the rooms were bright blue and yellow, it was a must to have the painting done to make it a nicer house to live in. Whilst having this done the decorator pointed out that there was a major wasp issue, I was made aware of DEAD “bees” when viewing the property however was reassured that it wasn’t a problem and they just needed vacuuming up. It was since getting the keys we realised just how severe the problem was and that Hunters had lied to us again, there were swarms of wasps in both chimneys and it was incredibly dangerous, the house was totally uninhabitable. I notified Hunter’s that we’d need Pest Control and a chimney sweep however I was totally ignored. It got to the point where our SECOND lot of rent was due and we still hadn’t been able to move in due to the wasps and Hunters had done absolutely nothing to help us. We were and still are to this day absolutely disgusted with the way we’ve been treated. The whole team at Hunters are totally incompetent and I have on record proof that we’ve been lied to on numerous occasions. We chose to hand the keys back due to the stress it was causing us, we had received legal advice and they pointed out straight away numerous inaccuracies within our contract that meant we were able to end the tenancy with immediate effect. We have lost a considerable amount of money and endured months of wasted time and stress.
We have been totally disregarded by Hunters, they have been so unwilling to cooperate with us to try and solve any issue that it has led me to such a negative review. I would never ever recommend Hunters and hope that no one else has to experience what we did.

Susanna and all the friendly team at Hunters handled the sale of our property with such ease and profesionalism that we had none of the usual stresses of selling a house. They quietly nudged us when necessary from pre-sale through to completion keeping any hassles to themselves and making the whole process very easy for us. Highly recommended, and a great advert for high street estate agents rather than faceless and impersonal internet agents.

My partner and I have been on the rental market for a number of years due to the demands of our employment to relocate and between 2020 and 2031, rented a property through Hunters Estate Agency.
From the outset, Hunters could not have done more for us as tenants.
We made our initial enquiry, communicating with Tom. Tom was professional and knowledgeable from the outset, seeming to be on the side of us, the tenants. I say this, as on plenty of occasions in our renting history, we would tell when an agency were too far on the side of the landlord and wouldn't make adjustments or negotiations to suit tenants.
It was due to the overall personability of Tom which made our decision to choice the property they had to rent.
On our entry to the property post tenancy agreement signing, Hunters ensured the property was immaculately clean and provided a comprehensive inventory with accompanying photographs. Hunters then allowed us a short period to review the inventory and when we wished to amend anything or enter an addition, Hunters, (Tom), were immediately responsive with a polite manner.
This continued throughout the renting period. Any questions or queries we had about the property were communicated with Hunters and they responded promptly, always in a polite manner.
On exit of the property, Hunters were again polite and professional in their approach. We dealt with Lee and Richard through the exit process and they were just as professional and knowledgeable as Tom, our initial agent.
The dreaded exit was made so easy and simple by the Hunters team, who were excellant in thier communication and very understanding and responsible with their inspection of the property and use of 'fair wear and tear'.
For anyone looking to rent through Hunters, I couldn't recommend them any higher, and would take it further by saying if any landlord was looking to rent their property, Hunters should be without a doubt the only option.

Susanna and Lee were so helpful and knowledgable when managing the viewings and offer on my house. They completely worked around my schedule with a young baby and having to work from home, and were so friendly and professional. They both made what is usually an extremely stressful situation, not stressful at all. Thank you both, I would recommend Hunter’s Estate Agents Redditch to absolutely anyone looking to sell or rent their property.
