We recently sold our first home and bought our next home through Oulsnam Redditch and just wanted to say the biggest thank you to Debbie, Elisha and Vic for dealing with our move, you are such a lovely team and we are so grateful for all your help! After we first made contact, Debbie came and did the valuation the very next day, arranged photos and EPC really quickly, and the listing was live by the end of the week. They arranged block viewings for us on one day to make it easier for us, and they were great at keeping us updated and negotiating our offers. Everyone at the office was always easy to get hold of whenever we needed them, we had clear communication throughout the process from everyone, and they did so much of the chasing the chain and helping us deal with solicitors - we felt so well looked after and in very safe hands from start to finish.
