My wife and I viewed a property with Dixons and,despite not purchasing the property, we had the pleasure of a tour with Amanda K.
Amanda was polite, friendly, and personable and above all (which I found refreshing) was she was knowledgeable about the property. Amanda had all details to hand and shared this without us having to prompt.
We were treated with a level of enthusiasm and freshness like we were the 1st viewers of the property that day, not the 4th or 5th (or the 10th that week).
After multiple viewings with several agencies in Redditch, Amanda really stood out as a friendly person who showed care for us as a client viewing the property (and the property itself).
If you want someone who clearly loves their job to sell your home, I would recommend Amanda at Dixons in Redditch. She really is a credit to the group.

OMG, where do I start, We walked into Dixon Redditch a week ago with nowhere to live, because the house we are buying fell through with two weeks to go, within the hour Megan, Lisa and the team had showed us a rental and made all the arrangements to get us in!!

Great service from Holly and Megan with the application and move in of our new home. So much advice and support. Quick replies to questions and extra advice provided without asking.
Smooth viewing and application process with support and guidance at every point. Our only negative would be the reference process, this part seemed very pressurised and rushed. It was very difficult to get these from our current landlord within the expected 48 hours.

Me and my partner was looking at renting our first home together, we was so uneducated and didn’t know what to expect but Dixons was a godsend!
I had my eye on a house in my childhood neighbourhood so I applied, not thinking that we’d actually get the house but we did!
We had 2 lovely lady’s helping us called Megan and holly and they both was amazing!! Megan showed us around the house and answered all questions for us, and holly was brilliant especially over the phone! I dread to think how many times I kept calling but holly always answered politely and answered all my questions. Definitely felt so comfortable with Dixons! Highly recommend!

Dixons Lettings portfolio manager Katrina Edwards recently sorted out a problem regarding a water leak which was causing damage to the ceiling and walls in my property. Katrina was prompt in sorting out the issue by contacting and arranging a contractor to investigate the problem and have it quickly rectified. Katrina engages with a client and ensures they are kept well informed with the progress and completion of any repairs needed. Highly recommended.

Chloe, the staff from Dixons was so helpful and supported us through out the process. She was so friendly with us and all the staff from Dixons are doing the best in everything.
She is been asking us for help or any questions and any needs to be done. And the Gift hamper they gave us was amazing..!!
We have an issue with the fences in our Garden when we arrived to our new home. So, we have contacted Dixons immediately. And, they said they have a dedicated website for reporting Repairs and Maintenance. It’s called “Dixon’s fixflo”.
I have sent a mail mentioning the fences issues to that website.
As soon as, Katrina Edwards, an officer from Dixons contacted me through Mail and asked me about the details of the issue with the fences. And, asked me to send the photos as well. I did the same.
From that day, She is been contacting me for every single update, Quotations from different companies, asking my availability to check the issue, Arranging appointments to visit home and a lot.
I was not the one following her for update but she followed the issue and she had been a perfect support until the issue fixed.
I and my wife Muri are so grateful for the great support to solve the issue without any tension.
The labours are also so helpful and they have completed the work perfectly.
Now, the fences are looks beautiful and we feel so safe..!!

Not as bad as I feared.
This is the first time I have sold a property , and had little to no idea of how the process worked.
I used the favourite search engine , and chose Dixons , based upon their recent feedback and location.
Basically all I wanted to do was hand the keys over , and say "Let me know when it's done , and send me the money when its sold".
I left a set of keys , and Dixons said they would arrange viewings etc , and basically leave it to them.
As it happens , the property was sold in less than 24 hours , and I don't think it even made their website.
The whole process end to end was carried out with the utmost professionalism , courtesy , friendliness , and speed.
Any queries I had , were responded to almost immediately by the team.
I really can not praise the whole team enough for the way they handled the sale for me.
I started this process full of apprehension , but it turned out to be a very smooth process

I'm moving into rented accommodation which I found through Dixons Redditch. I rang the office and my call was answered straight away by a friendly and professional member of staff Amy. Stop looking! Dixons are THE best estate agents in Redditch by far. I have used them repeatedly over the last 5 years to buy and sell. Each time I put them against several other estate agents who talk the talk. Other agents promise viewings but they never happened.Dixons GET THE VIEWINGS through the door and they always sell. The longest it took them was 6 weeks with the one sale,other sales quicker. If they dont have much in the office for sale it is simply because they sell so fast.The girls in the Redditch branch are genuinely friendly and passionate about selling your property. I think they really could sell a fridge to an eskimo.

Having found a house through Dixons I met with Alex Hodson to discuss my mortgage options having become frustrated with my bank. Alex was thorough, honest and effective- he found me a mortgage within 24 hours.
As a first time buyer he helped explain all the options and found the best deal we could get, and took the hassle out of the whole process. I was admittedly reluctant at first (who wants to pay for something that in theory you can sort directly with a bank) but Alex was more than worth it, his service gave me peace of mind and helped me through what turned out to be a long sales process.

I have just completed remortgaging my property through Dixons Redditch with Alex Hodson, Mortgage Consultant from Country Wide. The service we received was second to none, everything was dealt with in a timely fashion, with each process clearly explained, any delays caused by third parties Alex was quick to hasten. Not only did Alex get us a great deal on our new mortgage but he has knocked several years off of my repayments. Alex has also overseen the renewal of our buildings, contents and life insurance, securing us a great deal that covers exactly what we need. Alex has always been on hand to answer any questions or deal with any issues encountered. I highly recommend this branch and Alex Hodson and will most certainly be using again.

I first met Alex (Mortgage Advisor) in the Solihull Branch as this was most local to me. Even though he moved this was not an issue and he always made trips over for any appointments. My mortgage journey was a little longer than anticipated but Alex was informative and patient all the way through. I was shocked at how much time Countrywide spend with you helping you and at any point you can just walk away. Alex ensure I was uptodate at every possible time. I approached Dixons mortgage adviser Alexander as a second option but in the end I preferred to go with Dixons.
In our second meeting we lodged mortgage application and approved with in 2 days.
As a first time buyer and being a contractor(less than 2 yrs of account) it's very hard to get mortgage application approved with high street banks.
With Alex's perseverance, he managed to get it approved with high street bank in 2 days which is remarkable.
He is helpful and informative. I recommended my friends already.
Don't take my word(it worked for me) and it might work for you as well.

I sold my house with Dixons Redditch! The service I have received from all of the team at Dixons Redditch has been great. After a very dismal experience with two local agents who both "tried" to sell my house, I eventually turned to Dixons and really wish I had done so earlier. I elected to take advantage of the enhanced marketing package and whilst I don't think we ever got the video tour to work (which is actually a voice over to a series of stills) it was worth every single penny of £149. Viewers commented on the quality of the pictures and how much they had wanted to see the property after viewing them. The professional photographer meant that colours were sharper and brighter and shots were from a better angle. As well as all this it included access to the Countrywide Conveyancing Services fast track service and CCS have been extremely efficient...great service yet again.

Myself and my partner used dixons services including mortgage service to purchase our first home and we can't thank them enough for everything they did. Very professional and more than helpful friendly service. Would highly recommend them to everyone!!!! They have the WOW factor of estate agency!!!

I used the services of their financial advisor Jason Cooper, Jason made the whole experience of applying for our mortgage so easy. Jason discussed with us all our optons and by using his skills and knowledge he found us a fantastic mortgage deal.
The whole experience was a pleasure, I wouldnt hesitate in using Jason again if ever the need arised to move home.

Very positive experience so far. Victoria visited us on Saturday morning and we found her to be knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic about our property. She had come prepared, knew about the area and valued the property correctly in our opinion. She had already searched their database and informed us of clients that would be interested in viewing. I'm very pleased to say she was not wrong and we sold our house the same day!! I have already been into the office to start the ball rolling and found the whole team to be very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending Dixons to anyone thinking of selling their house.

What a great service - I was looking for a property to buy and rent out and Dixons provided me with great advice and assistance throughout. The attention to detail was exceptional having experienced other letting agents services in the area. If your a 1st time land lord I would strongly reckoned talking to Shariane in detail as she has a wealth of experience of the local market. I now have two properties rented out through Dixons and aim to add more as and when I can.

As a landlord, I have used Dixons in Redditch twice this year for 2 rentals and also bought 1 property from the Bromsgrove office. Whilst some may perceive Dixons as 'pushy' (former review) - my experience has been extremely positive. It's true Dixons has a unique business strategy as far as sales goes, but that's so refreshing in this industry and I would describe this more as 'tenacious, motivated, consistent'. Yes they are sales-driven, but what I have found is that this means they go the extra mile and deliver on their promises. This is a massive advantage when they are working for you either as a landlord or a buyer.
As a landlord, I am fussy about who I rent to, so turn down a lot of applications. What Dixons (Sharaine,Maria and formerly Sarah) did extremely well, was to listen to and respect what I wanted and had endless patience with my deliberations over tenants! What I valued was that whilst they did challenge some of my thought processes, they did it in a very positive and constructive way - but always supporting what was important to me. At all times, despite their own agenda, they made it very clear that they wanted me to be happy with the tenant before I accepted - so it felt like they were on my side. They gave great clarity on specific issues such as references, contracts etc. so I knew exactly what my options were.
What Dixons excel at is the customer relationship - and do the cross-selling thing very well too (Sharaine remembered we wanted another property and picked up on one for us via Bromsgrove Sales) - they are also very good at follow up - I love an agent who does what they say they will - makes all the difference when an Agent is pro-active, steps back when they need to, but takes control when they need to.
Having tried other agents in the area, I have to say Dixons have been the most professional to work with - put your trust in these ladies ....they won't let you down!
