Terrible communications! I was a bit hesitant to write this review as I have previously met the manager Ali as I was going to sell my house through Land estates. I called to book a viewing for a property the day it went live online. I gave my details to be put on a waiting list as an open day had yet to be arranged and I was told someone would call me back with a time. I called the following day and was told they are still trying to arrange the open day. Two days later I called again and was told the open day is now fully booked! I explained what happened and informed I would be booked in on a doubled up appointment and Someone would call me back to confirm a time. No reply! I called again today and was told I can’t have an appointment. Very poor organisation and communication skills.... Read more
