PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Complete time wasters!
Spoke to the male advisor a day after a property was listed and I was one of the first to show interest. I kept being told that “I’d be called for a viewing”. I had to constantly give the same details a week after my initial enquiry. I got told that I would hear back from the advisor but he never got back to me. When I called back he said there was over 100 applicants, despite being one of the first to show interest. Almost two weeks later, I called (again) to request to move my application forward after seeing the online virtual viewing, despite being told “there wasn’t any available”, even though the listing clearly showed “virtual viewing available”. I was promised another call back from Friday. Monday arrives and I called (can you see the pattern) and the was told that “the current owners had a change of heart and have decided they don’t want to rent the property”. A day later (yesterday), the property as been marked as “let agreed”. It’s an insult to my intelligence and I’ve clearly been lied to and wrongly deceived. Honesty goes a long way!
Please do not use this disorganised, untruthful and disorganised company. I’ve clearly dodged a big bullet and I hope anyone who is looking to rent with them in the future dodges the bullet too.

A difficult time to try and sell property but Leaders worked tirelessly to secure the sale. The sale was not straight forward and required considerable effort on Leaders part but they rose to the task. They were friendly and easy to work with, always easy to contact.

Please please think twice before renting with leaders Witham.
We went to view a property that had leaks in the ceiling holes in the linoleum and no working shower that they promised would all be fixed before we moved in to which we was left with no working shower leaks and mould issues.
Even though we logged these problems it turns out that they some how couldn’t find the proof when we later moved out (funny huh) the property turned out to be a rickety piece of s*** and the landlord if you can call him that was equally as s*** but leaders still felt it was totally acceptable to let the property out because its all MONEY MONEY MONEY. To add to further problems the woman who lived there before us had fled the property (to their knowledge clearly) and left us with debt collection threats and letters coming from bailiffs! How professional ????. We also had an incident with the estate agents giving our keys out to a worker who we never gave permission to come in with out us being there. Actually don’t think twice think 3 times then run as far away as you can from them what a ridiculous no good estate agents.

Words can't describe how awful this lot are they only want your money and if you rent they never get back to you when theres a problem and then they slap on a hefty "clean up price" at the end of your tenancy pulling a big sum out of the air trying to claw in every last penny out of you before your gone

Id also like to say that he only got people in who were actually interested in viewing our house rather than pressuring people who aint interested at all and having loads of wasted viewings like some other estate agents in Witham.. would definitely recommend!!

Wonderful lettings Agents. Kai said she would move us and she kept to her word, delivered on exactly what she said, proved she could be trusted. The viewing was very funny, Kai couldn't have been more helpful. Very informative and helpful with human equivalent measurements. Shes not afraid to get stuck in. We had s good laugh as well, such a relatable character as well. Leaders also introduced themselves properly. My go too people for maintenance and management made themselves known. Very friendly . All in all it has been fantastic. settled in nicely and loving it. The office as a whole are lovely people. Putting up with my crazy antics. Couldn't reccomend Leaders highly enough 5*, tell a friend.

We got in touch to let our first property and was rather clueless to begin with.
I was overwhelmed by the knowledge they brought to the table and after a quick, concise meeting we immediately knew who we wanted to manage our property. These guys were definitely not reading from a script!
The service was amazing with follow up calls at the beginning and end of each week to let us know how the viewings had gone and with help from the professional photographer we had a tenant within 8 days!

Brilliant estate agents!! Highly recommended. We called looking to view a particular property however an offer was made whilst they were waiting to hear from the seller. They then asked what we required from a property and found us one 10 times better than the one we first looked to view and something we never thought would be possible within our budget. Amy, Danny & Jack were superb from start to finish, after walking in to the Witham office we were greeted by a very friendly team who made us a cup of tea, something we didn't get at any of the other agents, they took their time in finding out our requirements that we needed and then matched us to our dream home. Avoid! Asked leaders to carry out some work and was not installed properly or the device was faulty and they wouldn’t fix the work. After 4 months of asking I gave up and I have not received a refund after asking. I was also a tenant with leaders and on the inventory when moving in the garden he stated weeds after I moved out I then got charged a garden fee for weeds. My wife is a professional cleaner and they also tried to claim for a cleaning charge but stating the property didn’t need a deep clean, the landlord said that it was ok but i wasn’t happy about the £375 bill I could of had that was quoted by leaders.

The service was fantastic from start to end.
We firstly dealt with Amy who managed to get us viewings to suit around our schedule, Amy was very welcoming and informative. She made us feel at ease from the start.
We then started dealing with Danny when put the offer in on the property. We have been well informed the whole time and they have chased everything for us. We have been kept up to date with everything and the house has gone through a lot quicker than we could have hoped for.

I would like to advise customers using Leaders to check the contract that the sign very carefully especially the section where they say they will share your personal details with companies such as Spark Energy. I was caught out with this. I did not think they would give them my private email and mobile number and hook me up to Spark without my consent. That said the staff were very good and Natalie sorted our tenancy out despite some problems. I don't have issue with Leaders at all in this area but they have a relationship with Spark Energy and would advise anyone letting through them to read the contract more carefully than I do and question them around sharing personal information with providers such as Spark
