We used Legacy Property Consultants in the past to help us with the search of flats to rent . Every single time we had a great experience with them.
A couple of months ago we decided to contact Legacy Property Consultants once again, this time to help us to find a place to buy.
Thanks to Dennis, we finally found a perfect flat which was quite surprising considering we had so many, almost unrealistic requirements : garden, ground floor, two bedroom, two bathrooms, option for an extension, etc.. Most importantly this flat fit our budget, which in the beginning of the search looked like this was mission impossible.

The experience I receieved from Elizabeth Ofili and Patrycja Anna Lis was exceptional. From the moment I went to view the property with Elizabeth she was so helpful and accommodating. I sent so many messages to her and she was always willing to help. She then ensured everything was carried out and passed me onto Patrycja who in two days worked so hard to complete all the paperwork so we could move in at the weekend. We have been in the property a month now and they are still messaging to ensure we are ok and helping when we need it. Both me and my wife are really lucky and greatful to Joel for helping us find a superb apartment in one of the best locations in London. We are students from Georgia, first time in London and it was our first expereince of renting an apartment long-term. We did not have any contacts here and it was hard for us to find a trustworthy person, who would help and guide us through the process remotely (we were in a quarantine hotel for 10 days) but all went unbeliavably fast (it took less than 5 days to move in the apartment) and smoothly with Joel's help.
