They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

We have just bought a beautiful house marketed via Strutt & Parker at the Chester office.
The communication between ourselves and Susanna was excellent. Nearly all our calls were answered immediately by her and, when she wasn't in the office, she always returned them same/next day.
As things got a little tricky towards the 30th June stamp duty deadline she kept the sale moving and we got there just in time.
I would also say that the photographs and video tour they posted on Rightmove were first rate and really showed the house as it is.

We instructed Strutt & Parker's Chester office to sell a detached house in Gwynedd, based on their reputation and professionalism. We chose Strutt & Parker against competitors because of their immediate response and enthusiasm. We were able to discuss the basis of the sale, comment on preparation particulars, and generally build a rapport with the sales team. We were particularly impressed that several members of the Chester team went to visit the property to enable them to more accurately discuss and match it to interested people. During the sale period, we were kept regularly updated on progress, with every member of the team knowledgeable and up to date. At all times the property was widely exposed across the internet, top of the search engines, and in local press and magazines. When the house went under offer, Strutt and Parker kept everyone informed, and were in regular contact with the buyers and both sides solicitors to smooth the way for a successful completion.

I find Strutt & Parker to be one of the best and with first hand experience, the Chester office in particular are very good and dealt with the sale of one of properties efficiently and professionally.
