Sold our house in Kingswood during a challenging market in 2024. Extremely pleased with the support we got from Edward and David on the Savills team. The buyer came through the Savills network rather than Rightmove, which is one of the reasons in my view a national agent with the footprint that Savills has is worth the money.

One of the Savills staff turned up at my Flat door today - on Sunday afternoon, took some photos of my front door, saying he is to do with the Fire Detectors in the flats, although I didn't hear him knocking at other my neighbours doors, but he knocked at my front door. He had a badge on his T-Shirt of SAVILLS.! I'm NOT HAPPY about it AT ALL. I didn't know that Savills Estate Agency Dealing with the Fire Detectors?!

I really can’t complain about the end-to-end service Savills in Reigate recently provided. They handled the viewings really well, giving me feedback on what the people were saying. They really though earned their fee during the end stage when what was supposed to have been an easy two chain exchange and complete turned into a slightly chaotic process due to the bottom supposed “first-time” buyer and their solicitor. Steven was really great at keeping me informed but also doing some hard graft chasing (including more than the buyers estate agent!) to try and get us to where we needed to be. Huge amount of tenacity shown but also some serious care and attention for me who he knew was being most impacted by the delays. Would definitely recommend the team - I know I would use them again.

We had been looking for the right home for nearly 18 months, Frances was fantastic throughout this process, she was always helpful and showed us many properties. She was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly throughout and nothing was too much trouble.
When we eventually found a house we both loved she was instrumental in negotiating the deal and worked closely with us and the seller to make the deal happen. Without her help and resolve the deal would not have happened.
We have now moved into our house, we love it. Frances you will never really understand how grateful we are to you in making this happen.
