Oh really? At 7:45pm on a Saturday night when your offices are closed. I doubt that.
You’re simply leaving adverts up for properties that have already been let, to simply get people’s info for nonexistent property, and do what with it?
So basically you’re misleading people. Not really the type of outfit I would want to be doing any sort of business with, let alone a lease for a apartment.

The worst property agency. Unprofessional, lazy, lying staff. Cannot believe we gave them so many chances (full management as well) and they have repeatedly disappointed us. First of all, they rented out the property to a tenant that made a HOLE IN THE WALL (with BLOOD splatter) and also a HOLE IN THE SHOWER TRAY. We told them not to return the deposit until after the repairs are done. Instead, they did exactly the opposite of that. When we pointed this out, they started SHIFTING THE BLAME to us.
Tenant number 2 complained the garage remote stopped working. We were away and had paid Lime for full management. We asked Lime if they have changed the remote for the battery. They claimed to have done this and wanted to charge us £120 for the call out and for a new remote. We insisted they waited a few days util we got home. Meanwhile, they were rudely hassling us about the issue. As soon as we got home, I went to check the remote and was suspicious the batteries were never changed. True enough, all it needed was a new battery. Not only did they LIE about changing the battery, but they tried to CON us out of money!
After Tenant no 2, we decided we had enough and told them we were not continuing with them. We went to collect our keys and remote control. We had to REMIND them there was a remote control, at which point they went RUMMAGING and produced a remote (they claimed it was the only one there). It looked different so we tried it on the garage door- it did not work! They were supposed to tell the council about the change in ownership and I repeatedly CHASED them about this but did not get a response. Finally, I received a letter from the council to charge me for the council tax as well as a FINE for late payment. The council produced evidence that they have contacted Lime several times but not only have Lime NOT told us, they have IGNORED the letters until the final one which was a fine. We wrote a complain to them regarding the above issue and once again, they took NO RESPONSIBILITY and tried SHIFTING THE BLAME between us and the council. Not once did they offer an APOLOGY for their behaviour. This is a company that do not appear to be aware of their RUBBISH customer service or frankly any idea how to do their job.

I was left over A YEAR without heating in my rented property, back and forth email and not once was this fixed in a reasonable time. I had a broken window when I moved into a property (latch needed replacing in order to close) and this was REFUSED to be fixed. I had a leak in my bathroom from the floor above and this was reported a lot of times, took months for them to sort this. Resorting in my having to replace towels/bowls etc due to me having to use this. Having no offer of reduction in my rent (property was all bills including) was charged full rent even though I had no heating or even an offer for plug in heater until 3 WEEKS before my heating was due to be fixed. They are now showing no compassion for me not getting my deposit back (been charged over £400 for 'redecorating' even though had been there 2 years and there was only slight scuffs on walls yet I am been charged for the FULL redecoration of the property. They have offered me now )after me appealing the decision of having my full £715 deposit took off me) ... £50 !!! £50 back after I have had NOTHING but problems with this company in the 2 years I lived there.... I recently vacated a property and had an incredibly disappointing experience with this letting agency. My deposit of £595 was expected to be returned in full, yet I was shocked to find that they are only offering to return £245. The agency proposed unreasonable deductions of £250 for redecoration and £100 for cleaning.
The £100 cleaning charge is particularly absurd because we thoroughly cleaned the property, leaving it in a much better state than when we moved in.
The £250 redecoration charge is completely unjustified. Our contract does not require us to pay for redecoration upon vacating, and we did not carry out any redecoration or alterations during our tenancy.
After I got this repayment request on TDS, I reached out to the agency in an email, asking them to provide basis for the charges. In the email, I provided pictures and videos to show the clean condition of the flat when we vacated, and also provided a copy of the signed agreement to show I was not liable to pay for redecoration.
Additionally, I left a TV unit at the property for a friend who was supposed to move in. He was not given the property, and I emailed the agency to retrieve the tv unit.
it’s been almost TWO MONTHS and they didn’t respond to all my emails!!!
Overall, my experience with this letting agency has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I urge potential tenants to be cautious and reconsider before renting with them. Their handling of deposit returns is unfair and unprofessional.

Enquired about a house through this estate agents, we put multiple offers in on a property and had to wait over a week to hear if it had been accepted or not.
After that the agent then contacted me multiple times while I was at work asking if me and my partner were still interested. My partner tried to book a viewing and heard nothing back. For me to then get a call days later and tell me someone else had viewed and put in a successful offer.

My encounter with Lime Property left much to be desired, to say the least. As someone who values professionalism and client satisfaction, I found their approach to be utterly lacking in both regards. From the moment I engaged with them, it became apparent that they were more interested in their own agenda than in addressing my needs as a client.
Communication was sporadic at best, with promises made but rarely followed through. It seemed as though once they secured a listing, their interest in providing quality service waned significantly. Any attempts to raise concerns or address issues were met with indifference or deflection, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.
Moreover, Lime Property's disregard for the well-being of residents and the problems that inevitably arise within properties under their management is truly disheartening. Rather than actively seeking solutions and demonstrating a genuine commitment to resolving issues, they appeared content to let problems fester and exacerbate, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience for residents.
In summary, Lime Property falls far short of expectations, delivering a subpar experience that I would caution anyone against. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this agency.... Read more

Absolutely shocking company. DO NOT RENT FROM LIME WHAT EVER YOU DO! Would rate 0 stars. The customer service to start is non existent. We have had multiple issues with our property and also are owed money and have been for over 8 months. Every time we call or email we are simply told "the landlord is ignoring our communication on the matter" which is disgusting after 8 months we would expect lime to over rule the landlord. Our property is in a very bad state and has been since we first moved in. We have done what we can to improve the standards of the house however many of the jobs require workmen such as carpets ripping , frayed and pulling up as well as broken locks, no bath panel and honestly the list is endless. Every time we ask for maintenance work to be done it either doesn't get done properly or doesn't get done at all as their workmen are awful for keeping to their appointments. There has been many occasions where workmen have turned up on different days and times to what we were told. Not even to mention the fact they didn't give us notice on an inspection and the man tried to just walk in our house with no notice. Honestly I'm sick and tired of ringing and emailing this company to get simple things sorted out. They know they are in thr wrong as they have now started ignoring us and saying tbr lady who deals with our property is in and then soon as they know our property they say "sorry she is out" or we keep getting told she is on holiday too! I would give 0 stars if I could, this company is an absolute farce. I have had many years of constant issues with this property since the very beginning. When I first moved in, the front garden was a literal tip with waste, nappies, rubbish, piled high. I was promised this would be sorted but of course never was. When I forked out my own money to resolve the issue and billed them they refused to pay. I had issues with the front portch falling down and lime ignored this issue for over a year despite our pleas as it was a safety concern.
They only listened after wind blew the portch down on my 2 month old daughters pram.
Our carpets were mouldy from damp which they never resolve and when we sorted out the carpets ourselves they refused to pay back any of the £500 we spent even afterI offered to pay 40% as we got decent carpets that increased propert value. After a year of arguing they said they would pay £75 to which I thought to be an absolute insult especially after making the front garden into a work of art and also increasing their property value. I am in the process of taking them to court for these issues which any normal landlord would have been more than happy to work together on. I requested an itemised quote for this as it seemed absurd. They never produced one. This made me suspect that they pulled this amount out of thin air and chanced that I would agree to this fee.

24/7 repairs non existent. Paragan St properties in Hull no water for days . Recent problem with water coming through ceiling and through smoke detector reported and never checked . Now no water for over 4 days . Don't even know if fire sprinkler system is working . Would give no stars . Can only comment on the Hull offices .... Read more
