Couldn’t recommend Mags Property enough. We dealt with Dean and Codie who were brilliant from start to finish. Dean gives you a realistic market price, not like some other high street agents who will give you the highest possible price what people aren’t going to pay.
As an executor on my Grandads property and enough other things to sort, it was great to have Mags take care of everything sale wise for me. This included viewings, queries from buyers and solicitors, everything you don’t have time for. Also the photos and videos they create to use as a sale point can’t be beaten!
Dean ensured that we got the best price possible and Codie kept us up to date with every bit of communication.
Definitely use Mags for a more personal and easier experience, save yourself hassle trying to do it yourself and you’ll probably get your estate agent fee back in the selling price anyway with the way mags do things.

I don’t normally like to leave bad review for any business unless it’s affect me too much. My offer was accepted, I was told the tenant will move and they also will help the tenant to move. Then they said tenant change her mind and I have paid solicitor fee, ask 2 days off from my work to sort paperwork’s quickly, I have cancelled all the offers I made other houses. It’s just unprofessional job and big disappointment.
