As from previous reviews I have been reading, I am not a person to really post reviews. But I would like to now. I found London Capital Homes Ltd extremely professional and and fast in my search for a new home, the negotiator Wesley whom look after my interest, guided me through the whole process in obtaining a apartment from start to finish. I would definitely be using there services again, as it’s extremely rare now days that you find a Estate Agent now days that’s looks after yours interests. Keep up the good work guys.

Do not bother with this one.
I wouldn't even give London Capital Homes 1 star for its terrible service and lack of consideration. I want to emphasise that I commuted all the way from Herne Hill and my partner came from Canary Wharf to get to Manor House for a flat viewing - yet the estate agent didn't show up. We called and got a very unwelcoming response and they hung up. After 20 minutes of waiting around and a number of unanswered calls, they finally answered when we called from a different number.They responded that they didn't have access to the property and no one was coming to show us the flat. They didn't bother to email or call me to let us know prior the viewing.
Terrible service. Avoid at all costs.

Worst estate agent experience I have had.
I was unlucky enough to deal with guisseppe who was rude, unhelpful and unresponsive.
He seemed completely uninterested in helping me find a property to rent and even LIED about some properties being unavailable in order for me to take one of the more expensive properties.
From reading other reviews, I see that I am not the only one. AVOID at ALL costs

The staff has been very friendly and helpful especially during viewing. The flat is in amazing condition, as presented. We had some issues with one of the shelves, but the staff and the landlord were quick to respond. The other issue we've had is, we were told the gym and swimming pool facilities were included in the rent, but had to pay £45 per person for the induction session. My partner and I would have liked to be told about this fee in advance.

Well, where to start.. we have been looking for a new property to rent in Central London for at least a couple of months. We viewed so many different places that I lost count, and all of them were lacking something that didn’t make them the right place for us.
Until we came across London Capital Homes, and boy what a pleasing experience that was! Upon our viewing, we met Oliver. He is a professional person and helped us through the entire process to ensure everything goes as smooth as possible.
We viewed the property late evening. However, Oliver made sure that it got processed the same evening and got back to us within a couple of hours of viewing the property. Since then, Oliver helped us with all the questions we had prior to moving in, and I can’t thank him enough for his professionalism and responsiveness. Keep up the great job!

I worked and spoke with Brian throughout my housing search process. He was so helpful and such an amazing letting's agent. He really went above and beyond in terms of helping me navigate the leasing process, selecting a unit, giving virtual tours and sending detailed videos to help me secure the best place. He always answered my phone calls and would text me day-of to help with any questions I had. He even worked with the doorman to send over some video footage of the lobby since I was unable to attend in person because of COVID. Hope I can work with him in the future!

I don't write reviews often and never wrote review for real estate agent (if I did it will be pretty average as i often struggle with estate agents) but Brian at London Capital Homes has been really, really good helping me to secure a flat and explaining me all the steps necessary to do so. He has always responded to all my queries in no times (sometimes even on week end) and has always taken steps to respond to any questions i had.
Overall, i have never dealt with an estate agents has helpful as him and it was a pleasure to deal with him from start to finish

I recently moved from Luxembourg to London and came across London Capital Homes during my property search. A wonderful experience it has been! I was pleasantly surprised how professional and knowledgeable these guys were, my agent Carl was so helpful and went above and beyond to make my property search as pleasant and most importantly the least stressful as possible. I had many bad experience with agents before but the whole team at LCH has been transparent about the whole lettings process in London. There were no if and buts, they simply got on with the task to meet my requirements. On checkin day, the property was deep cleaned as promised and furniture was installed as per my request. I was treated with a staff member who welcomed me and showed me around the property and building facilities and how to operate the AC system. A truly AAA rated lettings agency. These guys deserve the best reviews as I can tell that they are pros and really believe in providing a great service. Thank you very much. Bea

I get the impression this is a big scam, I have been chasing my deposit for weeks now, I am now at about 30 emails and 15 phone calls. Even now I am being told my deposit has been sent, but it never arrived in my bank account. I believe whoever is claiming to have sent it is actually lying and never sent it, just trying to lead me on. Nobody is ever available to answer the phone when I call, nobody ever call back.
I am starting to believe they have just stolen my deposit as they have not even claimed there is a dispute, they just aren't giving it to me whilst pretending that they are.
Avoid at all costs.

WORST AGENCY - please do yourself a favour and dodge that bullet quicker than anything. They act really nice at first and ask you to leave them a good review (which i initially did) and after everything's signed, they stop replying, they would "not receive" my rent every other month, I had to constantly resend proof from months ago, stuff that needed urgent fixing would never get fixed, they ended up keeping my entire deposit and 26 other people's (we all had an email thread sharing our experiences and screenshots etc) and then they stop answering your calls and you never hear anything again. I hope to god they get a lawsuit or something someday. PS: If you see any good reviews on here, those are 100% made on the same week, trust me.

Marco ,the agent, has been amazing with me. We were supposed to view only one property but then we ended up viewing another as well since he understood my needs and preferences. Very polite and friendly. He makes you feel you can rely on him and that he cares.

Superb location
We truly enjoyed our apartment it was clean and very well kept.We loved it!
It was on a quiet residential street, yet within very easy walking distance to a wealth of pubs and restaurants of all tastes. And the Tube was a short, 10-minute walk away. Staff was extremely attentive, very friendly long before we had selected this location and well after.Our agent was Marco Simoncelli an Italian guy, he graciously met our minor requests for items to have on hand in the apartment and he explained everything about the area around the apartment being with us step by step until everything was done from the contract to the day we've got the keys.
It really was a wonderful experience and we'll recommend it to many.

AVOID AT ALL COST! FRAUDS! Never returned my deposit, overcharged and double charged me. It took me more than a year to get Court Order against them. And they still refuse to pay it back! Will send debt collectors to those thieves.
I just seen their response..

Deposit was never fully returned.
Court already made decision: I have Court Order saying you have to return me my money back, you got it as well, LIARS.
So Court officially decided you ARE thieves. LOL

I have rented a room by pc at home making me recommend from london capital homes and the result has been a room of few meters square where possible to turn for the price of 160£/settimana is not. The kitchen doesn't have table and chairs and therefore it is impossible to sit for dining, as it is in own room. During the christmas holiday they have sent me a lot of mail about payment, contract and other things ruined my Vacations. I sent a mail explain that i would have paied when i wanna be in London in the new year, but they have sent me mail constantly. I will go out from the flat the 1st of february and from january 15th they want to show my room to visitors and keep it cleaned and in order. P.S. I asked to change the room, but the answer was negative, I Have the screen shot, but in Italian! Everything I wrote can be documented

Were really helpful when I moved in and when we had problems with one other tenant. Sometimes the email communication is rather slow and I am still waiting to get some damages fixed for quite some time now .They were however really fast when the heating was not working or when we had mice in the aoarapart to support us which is good

This review is true and genuine at 100%. I've had an amazing service from one of their agents, Giuseppe. He helped me to find a new house while I was having issues in my old flat. I'm so glad I met him, because my situazion now is much better.
All the work done by the agency is legal, so there is no fear at all.
The maintenance service reply really quickly.
I highly reccomend this agency.

Reviewing my comment, after they calling me a liar, I have to say it only gets worse. They did not topped up our gas neither electricity, and will only do so tomorrow, so we will be with no electricity soon......
They promise the world before renting the room, and now I found out from my roommates that the boiler is not working for months, that the bills are not included as it was advertised, the agency doesnt answer my e-mails anymore, it is just ridiculous. I read all the bad reviews and still did the stupid thing of trusting them. Now I am sure all the good reviews are fake.

After visiting more than three agencies where I have very bad experiences (rooms in terrible conditions, dirty common areas and exaggerated prices)... I was almost about to give up, however, a friend recommended London Capital Homes, Thanks Charlie! - the service was excellent, they interviewed me for more than 15 minutes and I asked me questions to know which were the best options according to my budget and needs. I just finished my contract with London Capital Homes, during the two years I was with them I never had problems, since they did what an agency should be doing, The place I rented was very clean and well maintained, during my stay I had some inconvenient with the heating but the maintenance team took care of the problem quickly after reporting the problem on their website. The staff is friendly and efficient. I had no problem recovering my deposit. During these years I have recommended several people and LCH has not disappointed me.

I rented from London Capital Homes for a year before I moved into my now own property and never had problems with them as they did what an agency should be doing. The place I rented was impeccable and within that year I only had to call them once to fix something but they handled the issue quickly after just one phone call from me.
Their staff is friendly and efficient and I had no problems with getting my deposit back after a year. I can only recommend these guys.

I rented a room from London Capital Homes and I have to say that the experience was first class. The Letting negotiator was very helpful and showed me lots of options. There were no pressure from the agent, no hidden costs or no unforeseen issues; I happily took the room. The whole letting process was very smooth. Received a fantastic service from one of their agents (Pepe). The people working there are sincere, friendly and very helpful.
All the work is done legally through official documentation so there is no fear as well.
Their fee is also fairly decent.
