Positives: We used LS to sell our house as part of a chain. The selling, marketing, promotion and viewing parts were excellent. We also had our original buyer pull out quite late in the process and LS quickly organised new viewings so we could remain as part of the original chain with new buyers. We also found all of the last minute negotiations good. Negatives: in between the initial viewings and exchange/ completion at the end, we didn't always feel very informed or kept up to date with progress. The team at Louise Saunders are fabulous. All preconceptions of estate agents go out of the window with their friendly, communicative, efficient team. We bought our first ever property with them and they made the whole experience so enjoyable and positive. We completed on time, and faster than we expected! Lisa showed us the property (just us, no others at the same time!) and really helped us imagine ourselves living there with heaps of useful local knowledge, as well as genuinely knowing lots about the current owners and what they love about their property. Lisa made sure she did our second viewing for us and it was lovely to have a friendly face, with no others viewing at the same time, and she didn't rush us through. If you are thinking of selling I would like to recommend Louise Saunders and especially Oliver (I don't think I will ever meet a negotiator like him). Before we put our house on the market we had 7 agents around and I was 100% sure we will go for someone else however for some reason we decided to go for LS and I am glad we did. They were amazing when they were drafting the sale particulars, they always accommodated our schedule (like replying to our requests at 9pm!!). The selling process was great with LS.
