Sharing a review from the buyer perspective - David was friendly, transparent, responsive and straightforward to deal with throughout the purchase of our new house, and ultra-efficient in chasing follow-ups through the chain. After over a year with another agent David quickly sold our property for an excellent price and provided us with invaluable advice on our onward purchase. He arranged to be present for surveyors as the property was empty, liaising with everyone in a professional and considerate way. Nothing was too much trouble, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to be treated as a person, not just as a number. He really cares, and it makes a huge difference.
