The brochure details were well put together with exceptional photography exceptional. In the end the house sale was quite protracted but they were patient and helped ensure the process stayed on track keeping all parties involved and communicated clearly. I would highly recommend them

The all female team did a great job in promoting a challenging, niche property. They all had excellent property knowledge and were totally familiar with the locale. They were undaunted by our decision in changing tack and opting for an online auction and dealt effectively with all difficult queries they encountered. They gave good advice and honoured their fee.
Everyone in the team was aware of all the details and worked in unison. They were prompt, professional and gave a personal service despite having many properties on their books.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I found the whole team at the Yealmpton very professional and friendly plus they were very helpful. Before viewing any properties they sent all the information they could with full disclosure and they made it their business to find out exactly what type of property I was looking for. In fact so much so that the house I have ended up purchasing was one I had discounted initially but was persuaded to view.
I would highly recommend Luscombe Maye at Yealmpton and would certainly use them for the sale of any property as they are very proactive!

Joanna was my main contact but when she wasn't available, the other team members were aware of my case. Their internal communication is first class.
Throughout the process, the Luscombe Maye team members kept me updated on the process and went out of their way to support me and answer questions.
Since I am based in the Midlands and my mother's house was in Devon, it was always reassuring to know the team had things in hand.
Their fee was fair and reasonable.
