My experience of working with Luscombe Maye was a very positive one. Joanna, Jason and all of the staff at the Yealmpton Branch were helpful and professional without being pushy, they know the area of South Devon really well and have heaps of knowledge about each step of the moving house ordeal. I had a very stressful final two weeks of the process with exchange happening the day before completion. Nonetheless, after the first full day of viewers at my cottage, Luscombe Maye had found a buyer and I had moved house three months later.

I have recently sold a property in Yealmpton through Luscombe Maye and the service that has been given by Jason, Joanna and Denise in the Yealmpton office has been absolutely first class. The detail given to producing sales literature and advertising was excellent and of course with them all being local people their knowledge of the village really helped.
The team quickly found potential buyers to view the property and every viewing was followed up with a feedback report from the viewers, and I was kept informed all the way through.
It did not take very long at all before Jason and his team found a buyer for the property and they then set everything into action to ensure a trouble free process to completion.
I must add that I personally live over 200 miles from Yealmpton and I was selling the property on behalf of an elderly relative and their consideration at all times was to ensure that the sale went through without causing any stress or worry to my relative for which I was so grateful, and as I was not from the area I found Jasons advice on selling price etc to be invaluable.
I highly recommend Luscombe Maye and their Yealmpton office if you are looking to sell a property in the area.

I can’t praise the team enough at the Yealmpton office for their friendly advice and marketing skills. They put together a superb brochure, using a professional cameraman . The property featured in all the local papers, within the first week we got several viewings.
Due to change in are personal circumstances, We withdrew the property from market within a couple of weeks.
When I phoned Jason up to explain our decision, he was brilliant and very professional. I would highly recommend the Loscombe in May and I’m sure I will be using them again.

We have just gone through the selling process and are due to move next week. Luscombe Maye were our vendors agents and I so wish we chose them as our agents. Joanna was so helpful throughout the whole process and I believe if it wasn't for her things would not have gone through to exchange. She kept me updated every step of the way and kept on top of the solicitors regularly. I have not heard a single think from my own agent and really Joanna did not have to update me but I am very grateful she did as I wouldn't have known what was happening. We started to look for a new home in the south hams area back at the beginning of summer. We had concentrated more around the Kingsbridge area until Jason showed us around a lovely barn conversion in Yealmpton. We loved the area and even tho this property wasn't right for us, we decided to look in this area. It wasn't long before Jason showed us around our new home.
