I purchased a property in Churchstow,Kingsbridge through Luscombe Maye.From viewing the property with Jasmine.Who was friendly,knowledgeable and professional.Through to making a acceptable offer.To finally purchasing and picking up the keys.It was a very good experience.I had issues with my buyers who I found out on the 1st completion date hadn’t got funds in place .This was dealt with and the problem was solved.I would have no hesitation it recommending Luscombe Maye if buying or selling.
