Alex and the team at Lushcombe Maye in Newton Ferrers could not have been more helpful and patient to help us achieve a tricky sale and even more trickier purchase. Professional, extremely efficient and personable to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and they put up with my numerous phone calls and emails. Cannot recommend enough. Excellent local knowledge which helps immensely. Having bought and sold numerous homes in the past.....Alex and his team are as good as they get.

I asked Luscombe May Estate Agents to help with selling my property after I had a very poor experience with another estate agent, who were not based in South Brent. Luscombe Maye organised for photographs to be taken and the photographs were of a very high standard indeed. Also, consideration was given as to when it would be a good time (Boxing Day) to launch my property on the market and so it got a good audience. There was weekly communication from the estate agents in regard to feedback from viewings, etc. Also, there was support in regard to follow-up calls to my solicitor and the purchaser’s solicitor to progress the sale of my property. The Estate Agents were always friendly, helpful and polite. Specifically, Maria. I highly recommend Luscombe Maye Estate Agents at South Brent. The Team did a brilliant job for me and they sold my property in a short amount of time.

ABOSLUTE EXCELLENCE - THE BEST IN TOTNES -
I recently sold my flat with the assistance of Luscombe Maye, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. They were thoroughly professional and highly motivated to work towards the buyers' goals, demonstrating attentiveness and excellent communication skills throughout the process with all stakeholders.
Their photographer was excellent, adaptable to my needs, and produced amazing photos while incorporating my direction. Luscombe Maye showed great attention to detail in my listing, always eager to get my input and work with me to meet my expectations, ensuring the best possible outcome.
What truly stood out was their willingness to communicate at all times, even outside of regular working hours. They made sure the entire team was informed about the latest developments, so I never had to worry about ensuring someone was up-to-date if my primary agent was unavailable.
The outcome of my flat sale was excellent because they were adaptable and worked closely with me, avoiding a cookie-cutter approach. I absolutely and catagorically recommend Luscombe Maye over any other agent in TONES to anyone looking to sell their property. They are extremely knowledgeable about the market, highly adaptable, and work hard t ounderstand the unique needs of their clients.
Before deciding on Luscombe Maye, I thoroughly evaluated several other agents in the area.
Woods: outdated and complacent, showing a lack of motivation. Fulfords: greedy and uninterested in providing personalized service.
Rendles: disorganized and didn’t seem genuinely invested in the sale.
ChartsEdge: all fur coat and no knickers—full of talk but lacking substance, with incorrect vital details in their listings.
Marchand Petit: Unrelatable spivs
With all that said, Luscombe Maye came out on top. They are well worth any cost and the investment of using them as your agent.
