The property we found in Devon was through Luscombe Maye and we were really impressed with the estate agent. We mainly dealt with the Branch Manager Elly Stevens who was so helpful throughout the process and always dealt with our queries promptly and efficiently. The other members of the agency were also friendly and professional with any assistance we needed.
The sales process had its hiccups along the way but with Elly’s support she managed to get us over the line, and we were in our dream home for Christmas. Well done team Luscombe Maye in Modbury - excellent service!

She gave us great advice and support when we approached her to advertise the property and she did a great job of handling the huge amount of interest that the excellent advert generated and the ensuing many viewings. Despite the usual recommendations to obtain several quotes we went straight to Luscombe Maye based on their reputation. We were NOT disappointed ! From the very start we felt we were fully supported in what everyone knows is a stressful time from the initial visit and discussions on how best to market our property to dealing with all viewings and rapid feedback from those viewings. Our sale was successful and very rapid due to Luscombe Maye's extensive marketing range.
