the staff are rude and arrogant good luck to use if you use these people because you will go through hell don’t deserve one star either they deserve 0 but want to warn people away from these they need to be shut down completely

Bullet dodged,.. Unfortunately for both parties the agent was just either unprofessional or just careless. First time around we went to view a flat and as we were asking for details to finalize the lease, the date advertised suddenly changed. Second time we went (yes I believe in second chances) turned out the property we were meant to view was unavailable. After taking time off work to go view, it was slightly disappointing, but hey-ho stuff happens,.. Good luck to the poor souls dealing with these guys :)

Bunch of cowboys, dishonest and not reliable staff. Wouldn't recommend them and not professional at all levels with their customer service. Shouldn't be operating as a business at all.

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Whilst they didn't have any properties suitable for me they were very friendly whenever I popped in to see if they had anything new come on the board.
I managed to find a place to live myself in the end as I had a very tight deadline that I couldn't go past.
Thanks for all the help though it was appreciated, thank you xXx
