If I could give this agency zero stars, I would.?????? My experience with Ojjeh was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. A copy of our house keys was taken despite there being no signed contract or formal agreement in place. I found this completely unacceptable and concerning. When I requested the return of my keys, instead of handing them back to me directly, the keys were left outside my property under a brick where they could potentially have been found by anyone passing by. As a homeowner, I was shocked that someone would treat the security of my property so carelessly. The whole experience left me feeling stressed, frustrated, and unable to trust this agency. I expected professionalism, accountability, and respect for my property, but that was not my experience. Based on what happened, I would not recommend this agency. I strongly advise anyone considering using their services to ensure everything is properly documented and to think carefully before handing over access to their property.... Read more
