I asked for my photos changing-no reply.
I asked them to book in an epc-they didnt. Then asked me to pay for one i hadn't even had.
Never chased up viewing requests, for example they would ring and ask when im free for a viewing and never call back to arrange it. Also never called to offer help/advice when house wasn't getting much attention.

We recently had a housing viewing with Sandra from the Rothwell branch and we wanted to leave some positive feedback. Sandra was very knowledgeable about the property, she was very thorough and so kind. She made us feel comfortable when we were viewing the property and she was very professional, thank you :)

Not only have they been great. Across my 3 moves involving Manning Stainton they have got better each time. Charlotte Murrie who has been helping this time has been fantastic, helping unblock things with a very poor conveyancer.

Very helpful estate agents ! We were invited down to the office for a coffee and to let the agents know which streets we wanted to live on . Gareth took us through some other options of house they had to sell already and then promised to drop some leaflets in the areas that we were wanting to live in. They have kept us updated with how they have got on and we are going to see a property on Saturday !! My wife can’t wait as it’s on the same street as her sister and sounds perfect for us. Thank you for all your help I would recommend this agent if you are struggling to find the right house . Very proactive.
