I'm currently in the process of selling with the Horsforth office and I'm really pleased with how everything is going so far. I'm mainly dealing with Remi who has kept me fully informed throughout the entire process, providing timely updates as we progress and always being professional but also friendly and reassuring in the kind of way you need when you are going through the stressful process of selling & buying a house.<br><br>Just to mention Sarah & Macy as well who I've had really positive interactions with - I've felt in very capable hands with these three ladies and so far I'm really glad I chose this office. They clearly understand good customer service and have the knowledge and expertise to make the whole process feel much less daunting.

Aimee has been brilliant help on the purchase of our first house. Both the sellers and ourselves wanted to move quickly and Aimee made the whole process fast and seamless. She answered any questions we have and made what could’ve been a stressful process easy. Would recommend her.

Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. They get on with everything very quickly and keep you informed and up to date with everything. When you call the branch they answer, no answering machine and waiting all day to call you back, I would definitely recommend.
