I had a great experience with the Manor Estate Agent. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They were also very responsive and efficient in handling any issues that arose.
The process of renting through this agency was smooth and seamless, from viewing potential properties to signing the Agreement. The staff made sure to explain everything in detail and answer any questions I had along the way. The Property Consultant, Mr. Sulman, went above and beyond, supporting us throughout the entire process.
Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and level of service provided by this agency. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a rental property. Thank you for making my renting experience a positive one, even during this rental crisis!

Amazing service from Manor Estates on sale of home!
Absolutely first class service from Manor Estates. From the very first meeting with Sulman and team it was clear that the sale of my house would be conducted professionally and with careful attention to client needs. Clear guidance and surrounding area benchmarks were provided before setting an asking price in line with our objectives. Professional photos and videos were then taken to begin the marketing process. Manor Estates were able to drive up interest in the property and seemed to have access to additional prospective buyers. Manor Estates clearly know the local housing market extremely well. The pros and cons of each offer were carefully explained before an offer was excepted. Manor Estates than coordinated all aspects of the sale, including constantly contacting buyer and seller solicitors , arranging the survey, being in contact with buyer mortgage advisers, speaking constantly to the buyer and keeping us updated. Manor Estates even arranged for a security locks to be placed in the house when it was vacant for a few weeks before exchange! Always attentive to client needs and always available on the phone to answer questions without any delays.
All in all a super smooth process from start to finish. Unbelievable that the time from first marketing the property to exchange was less than 2 months! All because the whole process was expertly and professionally managed by Manor Estates. Amazing service and very efficient.
Highly recommended. I will actively seek out Sulman and team on future transactions.

The support from Manor Estate Agent [Sulman] was unprecedented. He went above and beyond; for example he kept us informed on a regular basis, he helped organise a trusty builder and decorator, he helped us organise a skip as well as an end of tenancy cleaner. He bought items for us at B and Q so that we could get an extra 10% off through his card. On top of this he gave us a competitive rate of income. I can't thank him enough. You get the personal touch with Sulman and Manor Estate Agent.

The staff working there are to rude to customer , they get pain to speak and understand the requirement of the customer.
I spoke to fatima and trust me, my feeling to speak to her was like she is doing favour speaking to me.
If the staff attitude is this, I do not know how a agency will understand a customer.
I believe I do not want to give one star as well.

These guys are amazing! I cannot fault them. After a not so great experience with another agent I came to Manor Estates and they did not dissapoint to say the least. I had just under two weeks to put my property on rent and I was reassured constantly by Salman that this is entirely do able. I admit, at first I was a little sceptical but did he prove me wrong! I would totally recommend Manor Estate and look forward to a long and successful partnership with them.

As a private landlord who doesn’t actively keep up with all the local practical knowledge, I required some advice for a property inspection. I have been in the property industry for the past few years now and came across Manor Estate Agents when I was looking to buy an additional property to add to my portfolio.
I then retained Manor Estate Agents to manage the property and this has proved to be a wise business decision! The prices are ridiculously competitive and the level of service is outstanding.
Keeping in mind that I am very demanding, Manor Estate Agents are proactive, they deal with issues without disturbing you, they are cost efficient and most importantly communicative and always available to assist (at all hours of the day or week)!
It is incredibly rare and difficult to find all of the above traits from an estate agent and I cannot recommend them enough.
