There is not enough space to write just how brilliant Kerry and Mantle have been. They sold my house in EN7 after local estate agents failed to do so. They also secured my onward purchase in Oakwood, Kerry went above and beyond at every single turn and obstacle (and we had many with solicitors) and she was so knowledgeable, professional and reassuring all the way. I’ll never use another Estate Agent than her and the team. And for anyone looking for an Estate Agent who can deliver even outside their patch then these are THE best!

I would not hesitate to recommend Mantlestates! We sold our house through them recently and they provided an excellent service. Through no fault of theirs several sales fell through; however everyone in the office remained 100% focused on selling our house and worked tirelessly to find a buyer. Everyone at Mantlestates works as a team and they were genuinely interested and caring about ensuring we had a sale so we could go ahead and purchase the house we had fallen in love with. They made sure they knew about our house and its locality and I knew I could totally trust them to help any potential buyer see our house in its best light. Just completed my house sale via the the team at Mantlestates, and had to leave a review given how supportive and professional they were, making the whole process far easier than I'm sure it is for most people.<br><br>Kerry and Tony took the time to really understand my situation, and secured a sale within a matter of days of it going on the market.<br><br>Incredibly approachable office, many times I'd be out walking with my daughter and we'd pop in and just chat rather than relying on phone for communication.<br><br>Proper customer service. Personable. Honest. Always available.<br><br>They even helped me in an emergency when our dog was lost and I needed posters printed pronto to help find her. They ran me off 100 posters first thing on a Saturday morning, no questions asked!!<br><br>So honestly, I don't think a review on a consumer website can really do it justice! Should have used them in the first place!!<br><br>I never leave reviews but feel compelled this time after the excellent service and care we have received from Kerry and Tony. From the first time I met Kerry I was impressed with her compassion after the loss of our mum, she was understanding and loved our family home. We finally instructed Mantlestates to sell our house and I met Tony who again explained all, and guided us through the process. We had many viewings which lead to finding our buyers, and we couldn’t be happier to find another family to carry on our family home where we have lived for over 40 years.<br><br>Some people have said don’t use a small independent estate agent but this was the best thing we did, they go the extra mile and are always there to help.<br><br>Thank you Kerry and Tony

I am quite shocked. Everything started off great. Was shown around the property i was interested in, all fine. Was asked to pay a holding deposit (which i was not informed was non-refundable), however from here i wasn't too happy. The communication was shocking. I wouldn't get a response for days. It wasn't until i asked for my holding deposit, that i was informed it was non-refundable. It doesn't seem very professional.

Kerry at Mantlestates has managed the sale of my late relative's house and has been an absolute star from start to finish! She has been efficient, professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, understanding, entertaining and human and has gone above and beyond any preconceived expectations I had of an estate agent's role. She has made me laugh when I was angry or emotional (after 2 difficult bereavements really close together) and has managed communications between the various parties very effectively and promptly. We don't find many properties listed through Manglestates and we wonder why. We found them by chance on one of the rental property that we liked and we are so glad we found them. They have been very professional in every aspect - trying to make the best between us and the landlord. In particular Kerry Martin. She was the one dealing with our case and has been super helpful and responsive both. Rarely have I seen any agent go out of their way to respond out of office hours and on weekends - but we found Kerry to be always on and available, that too with a smile and no complains at all.
