Last year I had the worst experience with TPS !!!
The 1 star rating is only because you can't do any less stars!
All the good reviews here appear to be with people that either have their property let by them or haven't vacated the property yet....Trust me when I say they will ripp you off when it comes to leaving the rental. I left Masefield Court EN5 due to damp and mould issues but was rudely told it was my fault, although it stated issues previously that I believed were fixed!! I had to fight with them about this upon handing my notice in / they tried to retain my deposit therefore I had to wait until TDS and the ombudsman sorted this mess out- to which obviously I won as they blatantly lied about issues. This whole episode was uncalled for & stressful and they clearly tried to gain money from me...they will do this again & again so AVOID AVOID AVOID is my advice.

They are the worst state agent I have ever dealed with , I'm living in a mouldy flat leaking water from the ceiling which makes it very dump , I have been asking them to fix the problem for a year , nothing has been done about it , when I told them I will take you to court they have issued me with a section 21 , not the state agent to be trusted, the flat is on chiltern court 53 station road En51qz please dont come near it is very dump and you will regret the day you moved , plus your neighbour will tell you what to do , no one has lasted more than a year on this flat

Clearly this lot have too much business, they certainly don't need yours. How rude they are. Just one phone call to make an enquiry and they are very condescending.
How lucky I will not be dealing with them again. I am sure there must be training courses in customer services for them to learn from??

They do not not contact you at all, didn't show any clients, you have to constantly chase them in order to progress anything. Wasted a summer having a flat on the market with them.

If you want black mould as a room mate crack on. Or maybe a ground floor flat with rotten wooden windows that could be pulled open by Jeremy beadle they are the ones for you. Most rude unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. We took on a mortgage a year early just to get out of 2 laurel fields potters bar

TPS have managed a property for us since 1994 and I am constantly impressed by their excellent service. During that time we have had a few different tenants and a decent amount of renovation and repairs. They have always matched the house with good tenants and they always get a great price on work that needs doing use the best contractors. We live in France and we have total peace of mind knowing the house is in their capable hands. They go out of their way to make sure everything is covered. What stands out for us is that they genuinely care! All of the team are wonderful! Having dealt with property agents elsewhere they really are in a class of their own. If you are looking for a letting agent that offers professional friendly and attentive service, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

I cannot express enough how great this company is. Rob and the rest of the staff were extremely competent, highly professional, yet very friendly as well. The stress of trying to find a suitable property to rent for my family and I, is a very daunting task. But when I told Rob what I was looking for and my wants and needs in a property, it was no trouble at all and they gave me a selection of properties to look at and evaluate. We got our flat with the help of TPS. Daniel Linton delt with our purchase, he was the most helpful and knowledgeable agent we've met by far. He kept us informed every single step of the process, I cannot find enough good words regarding our experience. A man of word, always called, emailed or met us when agreed, no delays at all. His sense of humour helped us get easily over the delays that usually appear during the process. He always went that extra mile to make sure we get the property that we wanted, chased and pushed everyone to make sure we make our purchase in the shortest time interval possible.
I highly recommend him for anyone that would like to buy or sell a property, you can't get someone better - in my opinion.
