Disrespectful, lack of essential communication as estate agency to both buyer and sellers. There are dishonest. I expressed interest in a property that required major work. They refused to allow view for two family members at two different timing. They provided the feedback for submitted offer instantly without a transparent transfer of the information to the vendors. They never pick the phone for any conversation or listen on any structure feedback outside their own agenda. Instead they just drop a standard email with the rejection of any offers. I will certainly avoid them as a vendor on selling any property belonging to me.

I put my house for rent with three other agents, as well as Aleco estate agents. Other than Andy of Alecos estate agents, nobody mentioned that I need to have a gas and electricity certificate (as this was recently introduced). The other agents would pressurise me.to accept anyone they brought round to show the house. They also kept pressurising me to accept offers lower than that advertised. Andy was more relaxed and confident. Finally, I rented the house with Aleco estate agents, and so far, I am happy.

Probably great for selling/buying as the sales agent was very professional and helpful.
A big disappointment in the letting area; lack of communication, excuses and long times to show properties and answer to queries.
When we were ready to accept a property, the agent came up with lots of excuses just to buy time and give it to somebody else without giving us a fair chance. Do not waste your time.

I have had the intention of writing this review for the last few months!
Andy in lettings assisted me in letting out my flat. Just after our first telephone call, he already had in mind a young family. He was right as the family viewed the flat and wanted to secure it. It was such a swift and stress-free service, which, so far for me, has been a rarity to experience as a landlord.
I was so glad to contact Aleco and strongly recommend that anyone considering their services, does so too. Thanks for your help Andy.

I bought the house through this agents 8 years ago and they ably assisted in achieving both exchange and completion within 16 days of offer and acceptance.
So naturally I approached them again when I wanted to sell and they got it away for just 10k off the asking price when every other agent was trying to persuade me to start the asking price at some £35k to £70k less and expected it to sell for £25k less than their asking prices! Need I say more?". Ml.

Was supposed to meet an agent for a house viewing this morning. My wife organised it and texted the agent that it would be me only coming this time.
When I arrived, there was nobody waiting outside. After waiting for a few minutes in a complete downpour I left as nobody showed up. Turns out there was another agent (not the one my wife was in touch with) and he preferred to sit with the owners inside instead of meeting me outside as any other agent would do.
I guess Aleco Real Estates won't be selling me any house anytime soon.

Info for Renters:
They are very professional, well mannered and with a serious focus on keeping any stay, you might have in one of their properties as smooth and comfortable as they are able. When you raise issues, they react and deal with them, in a timely and professional manner.
For Land Lords:
Including all the above, I would have to say it is the professional behaviour that Aleco had that I decided to stay with them as long as possible in a place I felt was a little bit overpriced for its size, but despite the price I felt I was paying for a good service that I did receive.
All in all, I highly recommend Aleco

As the agent contracted by my 93-year-old mother to sell her property, Alex was absolutely first class. In addition to securing an excellent deal, he showed a level of care that went beyond business: ensuring she had very little to do while he took care of all aspects relating to the transaction; communicating with the buyer as well as the solicitors. Being that I live in America, 4,000 miles from my mum, this was especially important. And I also found him to be extremely affable and helpful whenever we spoke on the phone. I honestly can't recommend Aleco Estate Agents highly enough.
