LIVING YOUR WORST NIGHT MARE! First of all shabs the so called “estate agent” is a conniving parasite. This whole company is a scam and fraudulent they refuse to give you your contracts and enter the property whenever they want Which is ILLEGAL! The property is so disgusting very low maintenance they don’t even give you a kettle. shabs will ask you to clean before new room mates come to deceive customers. You will also be charged to unblock a SHARED toilet and to top it all off shabs will evict you from property when it suits him and leave you homeless then refuse to give you your old contracts unless you give him money. Terrible 7 months renting from Marble Properties. Consistently and consciously neglected the property. My room was handed over in shambolic condition with holes in the wall and no windows but a leaky sky light. The communal spaces and kitchen became infested with rats which were poorly addressed over the last 4 months of my tenancy. The homeowners family members, agents and handy men would show up unannounced and occasionally carry out half hearted jobs; one of which included putting up a fence essentially cutting the garden in half without consulting with any of the tenants first. Bills were advertised as “included” although for months I would be billed for an arbitrary amount of utility whilst they withheld any evidence of the true amount for the bill. Upon checking out, the agent made empty threats of withholding some of my deposit and also extort me into renting for more than my fixed length contract was allotted, citing ambiguous clauses in the tenancy agreement. Some comments are quite negative here which is a bit unfortunate and unfair in my view. However i can only talk about my experience with the agency and the owner, Shebul which was 5 star from the start. The apartmant I was renting out through the agency was love at first sight with the beautiful view to the London city. I have decided to rent it out right away. Shebul was super nice, informative, helpful, responsive to all my queries during my 4 year stay. Never had an issue. When I had issue with my ventilator or toilet it was fixed in a timely manner taken in consideration the urgency of the issue. I am professional, clean person and took care of the apartmant as it would be my own and I have received my deposit back without an issue.... Read more

A property marked for sale by Marble properties in Whitechapel was advertised in Zoopla and we put in an offer for the asking price which was accepted. Later I was contacted by Marble properties to advise that the person who was our contact no longer works for them with immediate effect and if he called I should not provide any information. This was a concern, I thought that it was very strange and worried that the sale may not proceed, but the caller advised that he was a Company Director and the vendor was a family member who always keeps his word. Later when we were days from exchange, Marble properties called to say that the vendor has withdrawn. I am left with a £1,500 loss in searches and solicitor fees. I asked him about our conversation and his assurance of influence with the vendor, unsurprisingly he couldn't put the phone down on me quick enough. I have laid out the facts, if anyone wants this business to sell or buy their property or have them as a managing agent then you at least know my story beforehand.... Read more
