My wife and I met Dave Edkins by chance whilst viewing a property. He offered to come and visit our house to give us an estimate and tell us how he worked. We were so impressed with his knowledge and understanding of the property market we decided to employ him.
We were not disappointed. From the meticulous care taken with brochure photographs, the number of large number of viewings he arranged and to the final sale just a few weeks later, his service could not have been better.
We were able to contact him at any time for support, guidance and help 'pushing' solicitors. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

So dave edkins was the agent for the house we are buying. And he was fantastic. Always kept me up to date and always communicating letting me know what to do or what was happening. Unfortunately the lawyers who were dealing with our case weren't very efficient on both sides. But he managed to push all the lawyers along so they were working alongside eachother and really pushed for a completion date. I,d say he even did the lawyers jobs for them telling them what needs to be done or we would have been here for another few months the way things were going.
Thankyou Dave would definitely recommend Marsh and Marsh.

His expertise ensured a complete 'chain' of sales of properties, of which ours was one, went through.
Without his intervention it is likely the 'chain' would, no doubt, have collapsed. Put simply, he gets the job done and you can contact him at any time for a personal discussion about your property.

Fantastic Experience. Dave Edkins was brilliant from start to finish. He came very quickly to take photos of the property we were selling and made sure he stuck to his promise of posting the advertisement online as quickly as possible. The house sold within a week!
Dave was then available to discuss every part of the move from that point on and never once forgot to call back if he was already with a customer. Just a really great guy to work with

He couldn't have done anymore to help me and my partner not only sell our house, but also help us in finding a new one.

I recently purchased a property through Marsh & Marsh. I unfortunately landed myself a nightmare of a Conveyancer but fortunately Dave Edkins of Marsh and Marsh was there to advise and support me every step of the way. I can't help but think id still be waiting for it to go through if it wasn't for his help. I can't thank you enough Dave.
