It is a pleasure to work with Parkgate. They have supported us all the way through from booking our initial viewing all the way through to managing the rental we are in now. Mark Langham was so quick to help us with our application, provide feedback from landlord on our approval, and get us through the process to secure the tenancy.
Jonathan is our managing agent, and he regularly check in to see how things are going and are quick to respond with any issues. They have also scheduled maintenance and painting for us and have made recommendations and advocated on our behalf to the landlord for additional maintenance and improvements.

Having been buying and selling in Richmond area for more than 20 years, we have dealt with many estate agents, both local and big agencies and Parkgate is easy in top 3!
Previously renting out with them for 5 years and finding them very professional and trustworthy, on this ocassion we decided to sell the property with them and that was a very, very good decision. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are totally unprofessional. Avoid stay away from them they are liars and don't trust them. After the confirmation email congratulating us with the property. Next day we receive another email saying that they gave the property to someone else. How could they? We gave already notice to change home and now we found our selves looking for another flat with a short notice time because of them iit is the worst agency ever. Please Avoid... totally lack of respect and professionalism

We have had a wonderful experience with Parkgate and would highly recommend them. Chris was brilliant on the valuation - what we liked is he was totally honest about our chances of selling and gave us the positives and negatives about our property (such as facing a council estate!). Other agents tend to just gush over the good bits which is great, but actually not that helpful.
The selling process was great - we were given good feedback from the viewings and got the price we wanted within about 8 weeks.
We really have nothing but praise for Klaudia and Chris, it's been really enjoyable, easy and stress free and we will be recommending Parkgate to all our friends in the area and our building.

Klaudia is a pleasure to work with and highly efficient. She keeps transactions moving along, prompting all parties into action when needed.
Recently, we managed to exchange on a purchase with completion a couple of days afterwards. Klaudia was invaluable in pushing the matter along; particularly important as completion was able to take place on 30 September making my client extremely happy with the stamp duty saving! I have been using this Agency for more than 20 years now! First, when I arrived to London, Richmond on a work contract and was renting the flat via Parkgate Lettings - never had a problem (they negotiated a good rent for me and all the minor problems were fixed immediately) - that is why when there was time to rent my flat out I never really considered anybody else and ... voilà... 15 years on we are still with Parkgate and the service is still excellent - feels like a family now really!! They are still attentive and respectful to our wishes yet we never heard of any problems with the tenants either so they manage us both very well! I highly recommend this Agency!

Felt used by this agency. Travelled over an hour to view a property at 5:30pm. We liked the place and told the agent there and then that we wanted to take it but without even giving us the opportunity, they said another offer has been accepted. Don't use tenants as your back-ups. If you're going to give someone a viewing at least give them an opportunity to make an offer or call them and cancel the viewing. Used as another pawn on the table.
Update: Thanks for your response. We actually did email you about this to Klaudia on 26/02/2021 when she informed us the property was gone. We cc'd in one of your directors, Chris, but our email was ignored. I therefore hope you realise why I am skeptical that your team is eager to help. Thanks.
