By far, this was the most smooth process ever (unlike before with some other estate agents in the city). Our house evaluation was spot on. Our house got offers very quickly, and we accepted the best one just 4 days after it was on the market. Before we purchased our new home we requested multiple viewings, and this wasn't a problem. She stood out from the crowd with her realistic valuation, explanation and advice. Her experience was obvious and she actually cares about the customer. Within a week I had several good offers. Throughout the process she went above and beyond expectations, providing down-to-earth, quick and accurate responses (sometimes outside normal business hours) and urging solicitors along when things seemed a bit slow. From the free valuation we were given to the very efficient and professional process of putting it on the market and sale , we have felt extremely well looked after. Deborah’s obvious experience in the field made for a quick and well negotiated sale and when things started to falter because of the other side of the chain ( a different estates agent) she intervened with our blessing and essentially kept the whole chain afloat.
