I was not disappointed; the sale was agreed & the suggested asking price achieved within weeks, and the sale progressed within the timescale I wanted. Me and partner have recently bought our first home with Northover and Williamson and I could not recommend them enough. Helen did our first viewing she was so lovely and extremely helpful. From the beginning the girls in the office were so on the ball with keeping me updated and made the whole process so smooth and stress free. I want to give a special mention to Abi. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, she was so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. She made buying our first home a really special experience :)

An incredible team that secured our dream home and sold our house at the asking price within a week or so.
Would highly recommend them to anyone. They are an incredibly personable and professional team that worked tirelessly to overcome all the obstacles that cropped up along the way and get us into our forever home.
Northover and Williamson were always on the end of a phone or email to answer any questions we had and arrange anything required to keep things moving. Nothing was ever too much or too small and we will never be able to thank them enough.

Northover & Williamson have been administering the rental of our house for the last 15 years. The firm is so professional and everyone is honest with all their administration work. They are very trustworthy. They administer everything for us and do all the rental logistics including the maintenance , bills ..etc. We don't need to do anything from our end, just receive the monthly rental. Having them as our rental agency for many years is the best evidence that we are extremely happy with this family run business. We would recommended them unreservedly as a great estate agent.
