The whole team are fantastic - they display warmth, integrity and professionalism at all times - and we felt extremely well supported at every step of the process. I was so impressed that you kept us, the buyers and our solicitors updated throughout, and liaised between us when necessary, which helped to ensure a swift and stress-free sale. Northover & Williamson is a family firm with traditional ideals, including integrity and excellent customer service. I needed a valuation of my Mum’s semi-detached, for probate purposes. The larger estate agents were efficient. Northover & Williamson’s representative was professional too, but their particular qualities of a warm and personal approach, sound advice and guidance, and expert local knowledge, meant that I chose them to sell the house. Their bespoke service continued with superior photographs, marketing material and communications, which produced several offers on the same day the house went up for sale. Throughout the selling process, Northover & Williamson kept me fully informed, liaised with my solicitor, and maintained a watchful eye on the empty property. I highly recommend estate agents Northover & Williamson, whose excellent staff are a credit to their profession.

Very helpful and provides consistent update throughout the conveyance. Would highly recommend using this estate agent! Abigail and Olivia are very personal in their approach and keeps you at ease. I would like to thank Northover and Williamson, in particular Olivia, who we mainly dealt with and say as a family we would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling a property.
We recently completed on our late parents/family home which was a very difficult decision for us and they went out of their way to make the process easier for us. They were very supportive and sympathetic which was so appreciated.
Estate Agents often get a bad rep but we would ???? recommend!!

Whilst buying our first home from Northover we was dealing with Abigail Williamson and she was amazing, it was a very long process and she was constantly calling us to give us an update even if there wasn't much of one she would still call to let us know what was going on and what we was wating for etc, she made our very stressful journey an easy one, she was amazing! Couldn’t recommend her enough, Thank you so much Abigail for all that you did for us ????

I have to say how impressed we are with everything that is Northover & Williamson. Extremely professional, informative small team of staff, who look after you from sale right through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they handled our purchase with ease. At times, due to a lengthy chain, there were stressfull challenges along the way, but Abi & Olivia were simply unflappable, and guided us through the journey, like seasoned professionals. I chose Northover & Williamson to market and sell my late parent’s property as I wanted to use a no-nonsense family business based in Rumney, with good knowledge of the area and its associated sales trends. I was not disappointed; the sale was agreed & the suggested asking price achieved within weeks, and the sale progressed within the timescale I wanted. Any issues arising were dealt with quickly and efficiently: special mention to Olivia and Abigail for their friendly and helpful service, and for progressing the sale through to a successful conclusion. Me and partner have recently bought our first home with Northover and Williamson and I could not recommend them enough. Helen did our first viewing she was so lovely and extremely helpful. From the beginning the girls in the office were so on the ball with keeping me updated and made the whole process so smooth and stress free. I want to give a special mention to Abi. She was so helpful throughout the whole process, she was so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. She made buying our first home a really special experience :)
