We were recommended Williamson and Co by our mortgage advisor and wow - the service has not disappointed.
For valuation of our property we were allocated Olivia who has not only exceptional customer service but who has been supportive and knowledgeable throughout our process. She allocated the perfect price to our property which allowed it to sell within 10 days.
Coming up to the completion of the sales, Olivia then handed over to Helen who again has been supportive and knowledgeable. A phone call or an email was never to much trouble; and when we experienced issues with our buyers solicitors Helen ensured that we had enough support and decided to contact all solicitors to speed up the process.
Ladies, you are an absolute credit to yourselves and all the work you do - a huge thank you! We will definitely be recommending you to all our family and friends and we cannot wait to use you again in a few years time for us finding our forever home.

We would give them 10 stars. Gave these guys a really tough job and asked them to sell our bungalow in quite a short window. Having tried earlier in the year with another larger local estate agent and having had such a bad experience we were a bit scarred from the selling experience. However Helen and her team (all of them) were absolutely amazing, communication was on point, viewings were relevant (not many tyre kickers), valuation was realistic and the sales process was relatively painless. Only thing that made it painful was the buyers solicitors but Helen and her team pushed it along as best they could and communicated daily about it. Highly recommend and would 100% use again, and their fees are waaaay cheaper than the other people we used. If you’re looking to sell and tempted to go with the other agent, try these guys first. Please don’t get bowled over by a stupid high valuation from another agent, go with these guys, realistic but strong valuations, quicker sales process and amazing, thorough communication. Northover & Williamson is a family firm with traditional ideals, including integrity and excellent customer service. I needed a valuation of my Mum’s semi-detached, for probate purposes. The larger estate agents were efficient. Northover & Williamson’s representative was professional too, but their particular qualities of a warm and personal approach, sound advice and guidance, and expert local knowledge, meant that I chose them to sell the house. Their bespoke service continued with superior photographs, marketing material and communications, which produced several offers on the same day the house went up for sale. Throughout the selling process, Northover & Williamson kept me fully informed, liaised with my solicitor, and maintained a watchful eye on the empty property. I highly recommend estate agents Northover & Williamson, whose excellent staff are a credit to their profession.

Northover & Williamson have been administering the rental of our house for the last 15 years. The firm is so professional and everyone is honest with all their administration work. They are very trustworthy. They administer everything for us and do all the rental logistics including the maintenance , bills ..etc. We don't need to do anything from our end, just receive the monthly rental. Having them as our rental agency for many years is the best evidence that we are extremely happy with this family run business. We would recommended them unreservedly as a great estate agent.

We managed to get the keys at the very last minute of the solicitors closing, and Northover & Williamson were happy to wait for us to get to the office to collect before they closed. I am leaving a 4* review for John Williams who is the owner. I had a lot of problems with northover. Communication, I was constantly having to chase them. The company I do not feel I would use again. John Williams however was brilliant. Great bloke who advised me that all the problems I had would be looked into and dealt with accordingly. He even gave a gesture of good will.
The people in the office however, I would probably give a 1*. This is due to the fact I was doing what they should have been. Eg communication and chasing up on things. I think that they should take better care/ communication with their customers.

Landlords DO NOT USE!
Arranged a checkout with this company 4 weeks in advance only to be let down with less than 24hrs notice by email. Not even the courtesy of a phone call. This is after trying multiple times to contact them by phone, with none of my calls returned.
There was no explanation offered as to why, just an apology.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OUTFIT! AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
