Mayfair have been polite, professional and friendly through the whole process. They have been patient with our questions, responding in a timely manner and it has been a pleasure dealing with them.
We ended up relying on Mayfair for most of the information that should have been provided by our solicitors.
All in all, they have provided us with excellent customer service from start to finish in what turned out to be a very long process.

Estate agents that are straight, helpful, reasonable and quick to respond have been rare in my experience but Ann and Chris at Mayfield Crewkerne have been all of that, making a viewing, questions and offer a very positive experience, even though I was unsuccessful in the purchase. They’d be top of my list as agents to sell or buy. No trace of used-car sales patter at Mayfair, they have genuine customer service sussed.

I let my first property out in 2012. This proved to be the best decision for me.
At the time, was under a different company name, but the same wonderful staff.
Most of my dealings with the lettings have been with Jennie. I cannot speak highly enough of her.
Ever professional, warm and friendly. Offering very good advice and guidance, but leaving the final decisions
to me.
If I have a query, Jennie or someone else will get back to me as soon as practically possible.
They are always on the ball regarding the detail and status of both of our properties, which is great.
I know Jennie, and the rest of the staff at Mayfair, will look after our properties as if they were their own, look after us as landlords like we were family and look after the tenants interests too.
All in all an excellent service, very good value for money and one I would recommend to my best friend.

Mayfair Town & Country have been our letting agents since 2011 when we brought our small terraced house to let. Jennie Wheatley has been our lettings manager for 4 years now and I highly recommend her services - very efficient and highly knowledgeable, particularly in landlord and tenancy law.

Amazing staff at Mayfair Crewkerne, Jo and Chris kept us informed all the way through and went the extra mile for us securing our purchase when our buyers delayed the exchange by 4mths! You hear so many tales about estate agents, such as they don't keep you informed, don't return your calls, are not very professional, however that is not the case with Mayfair, Crewkerne, from the outset Chris & Jo were very professional, they are very friendly and approachable people and do what they said they are going to do, keep you informed and even more importantly are always on the end of a phone. Chris kindly dropped things to our home on his way home and nothing was to much trouble for Jo, we would like to convey our thanks to both of them for a good job done and achieving the price that we were looking for.

Rented a property through the estate agent, which happened to belong to the estate agent owner Stephen Froy.
We were promised that the property would be in a good condition when we moved in, however we arrived with it being filthy. Dust was everywhere, leak around the toilet and the stench of damp everywhere. The oven was also thick with grease and grime that must have been built up over years.
When we addressed the problems to elder and Froy estate agents it took a vast amount of time for us to receive a response from the landlord (Stephen Froy); legal action had to be mentioned until he would respond. Eventually he came to visit the property, to view the problems. His response when my fiancé mentioned the uncleanliness of the house was "I am a man, I don't notice these things".
Luckily enough we manage to escape the contract early, however had to throw away items due to mould growing on items we had stored in the kitchen cupboards, this included a George foreman Grill and table matts.
