5th Jul 2024 (6 mo. ago)I'm writing this review as a fellow estate agent. I've recently had Rural Scene in a chain with myself and Richard was absolutely fantastic. He is extremely proactive and provided us with updates weekly so that our chain moved forward smoothly and we have just today exchanged contracts. If anyone is looking for a rural estate agent then I would highly recommend Rural Scene. As an agent myself the good ones stand out and Richard is brilliant.
29th Apr 2024 (8 mo. ago)Having sold our previous property through the excellent service of another branch of Savills, we registered with the Telford branch to search for a purchase in this area. Amy Meldrum-Beechey kept us fully informed about potential properties, some of which we viewed. Whilst on this occasion we selected a property being marketed by a different agent, we experienced the same quality of service from Savills as a prospective purchaser that we did as a vendor.
3rd Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I spoke to without a doubt the rudest man when enquiring about renting one of their properties. He was very old, kept talking over me and asking extremely personal and totally unnecessary questions. He seemed to think I should be pandering to his every word just to stay in one of their rentals. This put me right off and we went with Morris Marshall & Poole instead who were so much nicer. We have heard of similar experiences with this company. Stay away from them!
13th Nov 2024 (9 weeks ago)I dealt with Seb went renting my new flat and he was absolutely brilliant, helped me out the whole through and dealt with the situation with minimal gas, cannot recommend Samuel Wood enough!
20th Mar 2024 (9 mo. ago)Having just sold our father’s property under very challenging circumstances, it has been a huge relief to have such competent estate agents working on our behalf. They gave us excellent advice, represented us well and communicated well. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

22nd Nov 2024 (8 weeks ago)We had a letter through our door to say they had several interested buyers. We followed up and called the estate agents where we spoke to Alistair (director), who informed us that it was a generic letter with incorrect information and went on to tell us our property wasn’t worth the value it is on the market for. Rude and unprofessional. We would not consider recommending them. There are better ways to win business than insulting buyers and rubbishing competitors on the phone.
9th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I would highly recommend Balfours, Allister and his team worked extremely hard to sell my mothers property recently keeping as well I formed and giving good advice throughout. Would definitely use this estate agency again!

Choosing ZJ&B made the process much easier with their friendly, professional and supportive attitude. Not all went smoothly, but I was reassured and all questions were answered quickly by my agent.

I PAID £400 FOR IT IT A TJC RING QUALIFIED AJP. GIA AND GEMOLOGIST PLUS A INDUSTRY EXPERT TO OVERSEE THEIR GRADING. I AM IN HYSTERICS . THR WOMAN IS A CLOWN I WONT NAME HER. WOW WOW WOW. This was a remote sale as the vendors live in south west England. I was very impressed at the communication we had with Lucie Bromley, from initial set up of the contract to sell through the viewing and acceptance of bid process. The sales brochure showed the property in its best light whilst pointing out the age and potential improvements that may be needed.
