*AVOID* - untrustworthy - unreliable - lacking in customer service skills - unprofessional If you do sign for a tenancy with this company, I would advise that you record & document the condition of the property when handed over. I would advise that you record & document every issue/conversation/interaction that you have with any member of staff, including the maintenance team. I would advise ensuring that you have proof from the maintenance team that any work they carry out has been approved & authorised by the owner of the property & MCR Move where applicable. These recommendations are to ensure you do not receive ficticious charges at the end of your tenancy. My experience of MCR Move has been very stressful, upsetting & costly. I sincerely hope that no other family is exposed to the dishonesty & questionable practices of this agency.... Read more

My advice if using this company is to ensure you take photos of everything when you move in and put all requests in writing as they deny all knowledge of verbal requests. They will try to take money off the bond for the slightest thing (e.g. a chair being moved to a different room!) They are happy to provide inadequate equipment e.g. a fridge/freezer with no freezer drawers or shelf for bottles in the fridge door yet don't allow for any general wear and tear. Avoid using this company if you can!... Read more
