Absolutely great service. We dealt with Michelle who was extremely helpful in our purchase but the rest of the team including Stan and Cally were also great to talk to also once nearing completion.
In trying to find tradespeople for conduct work on the property Mervyn Smith were excellent with their recommendations also which took off a lot of stress on our parts

Absolutely excellent. The team have a huge amount of knowledge about the local area, and also a portfolio of potential buyers. They didn't just market the house, they also worked with solicitors and other parts of the chain to clear hurdles and keep things moving all the way to completion. Ask for their advice, listen to it, and you can't go wrong.

Stan was v sensitive when it came to valuing my dad’s flat when he passed so we used them again when it came time to buy our first house and he was brilliant at juggling the chain involved - and lovely Jean showed us around without pushing so we were able to fall in love with our posssible new home - and behind the scenes, Michelle did some unbelievably heavy lifting when things went wrong (Kwateng budget etc) to make everything as smooth as could be - and Barbara was always welcoming/helpful/able/lovely whenever we popped in or called - just a great, great team - highly recommended - they just know the local area/market so well ????????

Highly recommended honest and experienced local agent in Ham, Richmond.
We sold our flat with Mervyn Smith in 2016. At the time we spoke with several agents, but Stan from Mervyn Smith stood out with his experienced and professional approach. Their commission was also very competitively priced.
Stan's advice was always excellent and proved correct many times over. As we also bought with them they handled our complicated chain very effectively and we were thrilled with the result.

Stan and his staff are highly experienced, trustworthy, know the local housing market inside out and have a wealth of experience. Selling with them recently I felt in safe hands and communication was good. We achieved over asking price such was the demand to purchase our house and Mervyn Smith managed the whole process professionally and with a hint of humour when required. I would definately use them again in the future and know they command respect within the local community for their knowledge and expertise.

Absolutely dire viewing experience with this estate agent. The person who showed us around took us to the wrong property and was incredibly rude to us from start to finish, essentially culminating in an open argument. Horrendous.

Worst of it's kind. When it comes to viewings, they just suddenly appear inside your home when ever they like, without any notice. Well, sometimes they send you an email 12 hours in advance about change in schedule and expect that it means the residents agree with the new schedule automatically. Most of the time they just come and go as they like. Truly horrible way to do business in this company, no respect towards no one.
