I never see the agent which I signed up with. I have had endless viewers, accompanied by very dull office staff. Who lack people skills.

Stan was v sensitive when it came to valuing my dad’s flat when he passed so we used them again when it came time to buy our first house and he was brilliant at juggling the chain involved - and lovely Jean showed us around without pushing so we were able to fall in love with our posssible new home - and behind the scenes, Michelle did some unbelievably heavy lifting when things went wrong (Kwateng budget etc) to make everything as smooth as could be - and Barbara was always welcoming/helpful/able/lovely whenever we popped in or called - just a great, great team - highly recommended - they just know the local area/market so well ????????

The best local state agent for properties in Ham, Richmond, Twickenham and North Kingston. Many years working on the area, with Stan and team always listening and providing great, calm and professional services.

Wow, where do I start, Stan and the Team at Mervyn Smith are fantastic and have been an absolute pleasure to deal with! They are not your typical pushy estate agents, they listen and advise and will do what is in the best interest of their clients. From the first call I made and spoke to Stan right through to to completion last week the service has been exceptional and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mervyn Smith.

Helpful agents in north kingston. Unlike the typical commercial agents, this bunch is helpful, they guide and there properties are priced more sensibly then others in the market.
