Very ineffective estate agents, overpriced my property despite me asking for a realistic selling value for my property. I wasted 19 weeks in contract with these people, their office is never constantly open, it's closed weekends????. In 19 weeks I had 3 viewings, went with another agent and had 12 within 7 days!!!. In my experience a very lazy ineffectual agent that doesn't engage with market trends/valuations, no feedback given on viewings and no sales strategy to get your property sold. Completely wasted 5 months of my time

I’m sorry my review cannot be more positive but my offer was accepted in writing and then after an embarrassing second viewing asking the owner a hundred questions I was told there was a 3 rd party now of which I had not been informed.
This is poor practice and was told” nothing guaranteed until exchange of contracts”
A week wasted and then rejected so a bad experience!

We have just sold our property with Michael Adam's in these challenging times. Stuart and Debbie have made the whole process run smoothly and taken away the majority of the stress we were experiencing with an incompetent solicitor in the above chain.They went above and beyond our expectations of an estate agent's role.
We are now happily in our new home with all thanks to Stuart and Debbie.
We highly recommend Micheal Adam's and would not hesitate to use them again due to their professionalism and wealth of experience.

We have just sold our property with Michael Adam and I must say that Stuart and Debbie were both extremely professional in the way they dealt with all aspects of the sale. They clearly have a wealth of experience and were able to ensure that we had the right people round to view our house which sold very quickly. They also managed to find another property for us which met our needs exactly and we are delighted with it. Their office is in a great location and we are extremely thankful that we had them round to accurately value our property at the beginning. We can’t recommend Michael Adam estate agents highly enough!
