We have just completed the sale of my mother’s house through Michael Adams Estate Agents and only have praise for Stuart and Debbie. I have not lived in the UK for 33 years therefore the process of dealing with the sale and completion of a property in the UK was quite foreign to my wife and I, especially as it was a deceased estate and the property was at the end of a chain. Stuart and Debbie regularly checked the property, kept us continually and well informed throughout, answering many queries, liaising with solicitors, contractors, house clearance, and much, much more. They were polite, professional and very understanding, and it was a pleasure to work with them.

A big thank you to Stuart and Debbie for all their hard work and persistence in a very difficult property market. They were very professional but a caring team, who advised us at all times with regard to the selling of our uncle’s bungalow. As we were not local they regularly visited the property to check everything was in order and worked hard to show prospective buyers round the property.
I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property.
A great caring family business. We hope that they continue to thrive in this very competitive market.

Unfortunately we did not achieve a sale after 16 weeks despite dropping the price by 2%. Stuart and Debbie are a delightful couple and did their very best in a somewhat stagnant market.

Very ineffective estate agents, overpriced my property despite me asking for a realistic selling value for my property. I wasted 19 weeks in contract with these people, their office is never constantly open, it's closed weekends????. In 19 weeks I had 3 viewings, went with another agent and had 12 within 7 days!!!. In my experience a very lazy ineffectual agent that doesn't engage with market trends/valuations, no feedback given on viewings and no sales strategy to get your property sold. Completely wasted 5 months of my time

I’m sorry my review cannot be more positive but my offer was accepted in writing and then after an embarrassing second viewing asking the owner a hundred questions I was told there was a 3 rd party now of which I had not been informed.
This is poor practice and was told” nothing guaranteed until exchange of contracts”
A week wasted and then rejected so a bad experience!
