Never ever use this estate agent. They are sneaky and hiding information and sending wrong information. My deposit wasn't protected in a gov scheme and they send me information that make me believe that my deposit will be safe in gov protected scheme and now 6 months later they are telling that the deposit wasn't protected. People stay away of this agency and definitely never rent an anex I'm Christchurch on road Fairmile. You don't need to explain nothing to me I just hire a legal representative and I am taking you to court. You and contrie wile will be hold responsible for not protecting my deposit. I been told from other people that take country wild to court and they won. You are braking the law. People massive warning stay away from country wild and everyone that works with them

So helpful, they couldn't do enough; from showing us all the local schools for my daughter, to details of all the local areas. Very knowledgeable, no question was a silly question to them!

Fantastic service! I’m a first-time buyer who just purchased my first home via Palmer Snell - from the very start they were so helpful, I dealt with several agents and people during the process, and despite the extra pressures of COVID every one of them were all very helpful throughout. Some big structural issues were found with the property during the survey, so a huge amount of negotiations and back and forth had to be done with the homeowner via the agents, and we probably exchanged hundreds of emails by the end of the process, but responses were surprisingly quick and everyone was so friendly and extremely helpful for every step of the way, and everything was explained well which was really appreciated especially as a first-time buyer as I wasn’t too familiar with the whole process.
Overall just a really great experience, couldn’t recommend them enough, super happy with the service and will definitely be keen to use them again in the future. Thank you!

Sarah Oliver and her team at Palmer Snell have been amazing from start to finish. We were selling my mother in law's house as she has moved into a care home, so we needed a quick sale to be able to pay the fees. On Sarah's suggestion both we and the buyers used CCS, their in house solicitors, for the legal side of things. Their online portal is brilliant (no posting of documents - all done online) and acceptance of the offer to final completion took less than 5 weeks!!!

Great Estate Agency!! I dealt with a few agencies while I was looking for a place to rent and Palmer Snell were one of if not the best. Their staff were friendly, professional and had great communication. They gave good recommendations of properties based on your budget and kept you updated so that perfect place you were after didn't slip through your hands in the very fast paced letting market. Bonnie Styles in particular was a pleasure to work with.

I am very impressed with Palmer Snell. They had my name on their books and whenever a property was within my price range I would get a call to see if I was interested. Other estate agents that I approached had not followed up and I had to chase them up. I found the staff very professional. Bonnie especially. Keep up the good work

I have dealt with the lettings team in Christchurch for over two years, they rented me a property when I sold my house and needed to move quickly and they rent a property for me. Nicola, Charlie and Jack are a pleasure to deal with friendly, professional and so efficient. In my owned property they always try to find a cost effective solution unlike some agents, they are ultra helpful with the one I rent and maintenance and queries are solved immediately almost. Again unlike other agents, I found the cottage I rented overnight online and after calling the office from seven thirty at eight when Charlie arrived he happily got me in that minute literally as the area is popular. They are a great team and some are put off by larger agency firms this team are something else entirely.I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for my renter. Thanks to all of you for making my life so much easier. Another great thing is the team has not changed since I have been dealing with them so there is always continuity. Thanks team.
