We used slades for our sale of our house and ended up also buying a new house via them.
Overall great customer service, advice, communication and helped make the process as smooth as possible.
We dealt with Mark and Ben who where always available to speak to if we had questions regarding our sale and purchase.
We previously had our house for sale through a different agent which wasn’t getting is many viewings which never really progressed.
Mark came round to value our property and gave us some valuable advice of when to list and explained the process, clearly and was honest.
After viewings updates where always given and eventually had offers on the house resulting in the sale.
We would like to thank slades for making it possibly for us to jump up the property ladder into our new family home.

We were very impressed with Slades from the very beginning of the process. Jordan’s valuation of our old home seemed to be the most realistic of the three that we had and the marketing of the property was first class. Although it was a lengthy process due to one purchase falling through ( not the Estate Agents fault )we felt well advised by Jordan and Ben throughout.
