Most unprofessional "professional" i have ever come across. Came to our property for 5 minutes, took our valuation fee and pulled a figure out of thin air. It was a good job we didn't offer on his advice- or we would have lost £8000!!! When we asked him what he based it on, he just shrugged us off.... Read more

What a waste of time and money. Mr Nancekivell took our valuation fee and gave us nothing of value in return as his fee was so far off the mark!! When we tried to get some clarification, we were fobbed off- he already had his fee...why would he need to remain professional after that?... Read more

Mr Nancekivell provided a wildly inaccurate valuation of our woodland we were looking to purchase (over double what we agreed on with the land owners!) This sort of indicated to us that his valuation advice was poor. Having been charged £300 for the privilege, when we dared to enquire as to the basis of this valuation, he would not (or could not) provide an explanation and proceded to threaten us with additional fees for daring to question his "professional" opinion. To top it all off, we discovered that he had previously valued for the very people we were buying from!!! displaying a clear conflict of interest which was never disclosed.
