We sold our house in Ivybridge with Portia and Danielle, and we were very pleased with them. They gave a really personal service, and made a greater effort than the big chain agents. The description they came up with for our house was not full of the the usual tired old cliches, but instead gave a really good description of the features of the house, both the obvious and the not-so-obvious. They charge a sensible 0.8% fee, which makes a huge difference in the end, and makes them competitive with the online-only agents, once you factor in the high level of personal service. We have moved house many times, and used both the large nationwide chains and the no-frills online-only firms, and if we move again, we will go with Modern Move. Unless you have the kind of house which will just sell itself, the extra effort they put in makes them well worth it.... Read more
