I put my house on the market with Sawdye & Harris and have been very impressed by their approach to Estate Agency. From the taking of the photos to the communication about the process of selling my house, everything has been really professional and they are up to date with all the modern advances in the Estate Agency world. Katie, who did the initial appraisal, was excellent, clear about the process, expectations and how things work in the new Covid world.
I also had a recent viewing on my property with Michelle. Michelle was brilliant and very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
They update me regularly on feedback they have received and are always on hand if I need to talk anything through.
They are definitely making a stressful time much easier for me to deal with ! Thank you !

We've owned a property in Ashburton for a number of years, first as our family home and subsequently as a buy-to-let. It has been managed via Sawyde and Harris from the start. In Jan 2021 our tenants gave notice. Katie was very quick to give us the heads up and get the property back on the market. Michelle then took over the letting process. The communications from both was very good and we quickly found new tenants and we achieve a 10 day void period - which is really impressive. This gave us time to do some routine maintenance / sprucing up ready for new tenants to move in. Thank you Katie and Michelle. Nathan.

We sold and purchased through Sawdye and Harris as we wanted to use a local estate agent to Chudleigh. Katie was very responsive in valuing our property as soon as we came out of lockdown and within a week it was online and advertised. Sarah and Nicole carried out a number of viewings and we accepted an offer 2 weeks later. Katie found a house for us and we were able to view before even going on the market. We made an offer and it was accepted. Unfortunately our buyers were time wasters and as soon as we realised this, Sarah had another offer from someone else which we accepted. Throughout the process, all of the team were extremely professional and personable. The property we sold through Sawdye and Harris was not a straight forward home, but all aspects of the sale and negotiation were dealt with tactfully we feel that we achieved optimum results both for ourselves and the buyers. The staff have many local contacts and were able to bridge the gap between solicitors efficiently. Viewings and negotiations were hindered by the COVID-19 pandemic but Katie, Michelle and the team were able to keep things moving at a good pace throughout. Any residential issues that have arisen throughout my tenancy have been swiftly and satisfactorily been resolved by the team of agents employed in this branch. I am currently active in the housing market and am receiving an equally excellent service from their sales negotiators. I can't recommend sawdye and harris enough for anyone requiring a personal and efficient estate agent to usher them through the process of property sales.
