Whilst the only in-person dealing that we had with MMP were on the first viewing and then completion day, the phone support has been great. The purchase took 5 months despite being very straightforward, all because of issues with my solicitors and mortgage advisors however MMP were very understanding and even helped me to chase things up. There were a few times where I felt a little overwhelmed with the chasing but it was more because I was frustrated with the lack of news that I could give as my solicitors were so tardy and loved giving vague updates when chased. Overall, the knowledge and support from MMP throughout has been great and they have helped to put me at ease.

We were always kept fully up to date with any developments concerning the sale of the property. If we had any questions or concerns they were dealt with quickly and efficiently, guidance and support as offered when needed.
The staff were very professional, approachable and made what could have been a stressful process run smoothly.

MMP in Llanidloes was very helpful and attentive throughout the buying process. Sadly, it took two attempts as my house sale initially fell through.
MMP remained responsive,informative and generally very helpful, so I could definitely recommend them from a buying point of view.

They gave the keys to the then prospective buyer to go to the property unaccompanied. When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.
