We had Caroline Parry right from the start all the way to completion and she was truly excellent, always kept me in the loop and would reply almost immediately. Excellent service and the little gift basket and signed card is a really sweet touch. Would use MMP again

Bryan and Caroline at MMP Oswestry went above and beyond to help us secure the purchase of our property. They dealt with any issues that arose during the process swiftly and positively, and kept us updated at all times. They also liaised between solicitors, vendors and neighbours, helping to keep our purchase moving forwards. We've already recommended them to friends and family looking to sell.

Rang to make a viewing on a property that had just gone in the market 2 days ago. Was asked our buying position, and told the woman that our property is not yet on the market, but we are financially able to purchase without selling our property. I was told they had received a very good offer on the property( yet to be accepted) and a couple of other viewings booked, so was more or less told, we would be wasting their time. Absolute shocking. We would not even consider looking at MMP in the future. You need better sales people

They gave the keys to the then prospective buyer to go to the property unaccompanied. When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.
