The video and photos of our property really did it justice and gave us confidence that viewers would be genuine during these challenging times. Abysmal attitude and customer service from the lady I spoke to. Was told I can't view a property they had for sale because I wasn't selling a property or had an offer on a property immediately either with them or with someone else. Some investors like to keep their cards fairly close to their chest which other estate agents understand but not this one.
Wouldn't advise any cash buyers or buy to let investors like myself to liaise with this company and I will be advising my personal contacts and friends in the property investment business to steer well clear in future. Was told and I quote 'The seller only wants serious buyers.' What an insult!

We used Move Sussex to sell our Dad’s house. Lauren was fantastic, kept in contact with us, informing us of each stage. We are not from Eastbourne, they even helped us by letting tradesmen into the property to save us doing a two hour drive. We even used Lauren’s knowledge for what Electrian to use/Gas man etc. I would highly recommend using Move Sussex. The team were great! Thank you for your help.

Fantastic company. Very friendly, professional, personal focused service, excellent communication, great rates. You can't ask for more. They took the pictures of our property, and it was online that afternoon. Within 1 hour we had three viewings booked! Would recommend to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

Realistic and honest initial valuation at the outset. I was kept up to date with developments and the staff were always polite and efficient.
I would recommend this company for anybody wishing to sell a property where a truthful valuation is given, rather than a high valuation which is done solely in order to get you on their portfolio

worst company i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, absolutely no organisation skills, fed us a load of rubbish about how they were a family run business and hated the bad reputation letting agents have , then we have to keep chasing them for a decision but every time we called they told us we have to wait another week for a decision, then we call back a week later and to be told that the landlandy wants it on the market for another week then we never hear from them. such a shocking ''company'' i would avoid at all cost i wish i had never wasted the time trying to deal with them i should have listened to the warnings so many people told us about them

Please be aware of these estate agents in Eastbourne/Hampden Park Branch.
Bad communication specially Rob who never bothered to call back with reluctance of excuses by his female colleagues saying hes always out or on the phone but couldn't call himself back and talk.
Estate agents playing games with minds and luckily I wasn't as stupid to hang around and managed to find my property now otherwise these guys would have ruined everything.
Vendor was either a joke and a greedy person or estate agents just lying as they said they waiting on him to get back.
They didn't want to give the property to me regardless as I believe they already had someone lined up but just wanted to waste my time.
Just be careful and look else where with better agents.
