Rubbish! Worst estate agents I've ever had to deal with! They have properties in Coventry which is weird because they're based in Dagenham, so they try to connect you to someone in Cov, which never happens. Spent 3 days trying to book a viewing, and never heard back from them. This happened last year and I missed on potentially renting a property. It seems to be always the cr*p Estate agents that get the best properties. Wish landlords would do their homework before going head with these incompetent agents, that seem so uncaring not wanting to be there attitude over the phone. If you don't like your job, then get another one then and stop wasting my time!! ????????????... Read more

Not a great experience with this company. Placed in a property via my local authority. One company fronts for this company. From day one I reported issues to the initial company I was introduced to. I had a random visit from the owner of this company who found it amusing and failed to comprehend exposed scolding hot pipes, over 1.5m drops in the back garden with no rails, loose paving, an un lockable back door, holes in walls and floors plus many more hazards were an serious issue for an ASD child. He dismissed me and instructed me to get a quote to decorate the bathroom while skipping out of the house arrogantly. I have since come to find out he is not just the estate agent but also the owner. After months of failed repairs by unskilled random men I had to get Environmental Health to inspect. In addition to the faults I identified there were multiple hazards identified including Cat 1 health and safety issues. I have even found slugs in the house. After all this still no effort to repair. Have the audacity to call me sis when you met me but have me and my kids living like this? Absolutely disgraceful people. When I am moved the whole street will get a copy of the report so other families you happily take GBP’s for will know exactly what they are dealing with!... Read more

Will NEVER rent from these people again. Reoccurring problems (mice problem along with fleas) always had to wait a week before they would send someone out to sort the problem out. Lived with an old mattress in the front garden for a year which wasn't pleasant but was not my job to move as it was the previous tenants. Old heaters that should have been updated to keep house at least moderately warm. Landlord would visit unexpectedly. The list goes on. Was given 24 hours to leave the premises with my 10months old baby and the landlord wanted the keys to be dropped off at the estate agent for their own convenience. Stay clear, behind the fancy suits are dodgy business men. Horrible set of people.... Read more

Worst place ever try to rent you a property that is rat infested and say they are doing the hole house up comes to move in day with thick grease everywhere blood on floor bathroom falling apart made my partner and kids be sick couldn't turn the lights of as the was all hanging of the ceiling then they say they won't to do the work they promised and take the keys off us even tho we go a contract we will be seeing you in court real soon good luck!... Went to view a property and wanted to take pictures for my husband and was told very rudely no no no no its on the Internet what you see is what you get. This is definitely not the case absolutely filthy and wood flooring coming apart and garage in the garden that can not be used by tenants. Different decor to Internet pictures. Grouting in the bathroom just slapped on and they wanted 1025 a month. Rude and old photos used on the advertisement will not use them again.... Read more
