As a student renting my first house in Nottingham Lenton, MS Estates has been very helpful whenever I had any quiries. It was easy to arrange viewings and the whole process and signing of the contact was also very easy and the steps laid out very clearly which helped greatly as I was previously unaware of the process of rental.

It’s coming up to two weeks since I complained about mould in the property. It’s so bad it’s even started to grow on my clothes. I’ve called and left messages and have had no answer. After seeing this I’ll probably finally get a response. They’re so lucky I can’t leave pictures on here.

Will NEVER rent from these people again. Reoccurring problems (mice problem along with fleas) always had to wait a week before they would send someone out to sort the problem out. Lived with an old mattress in the front garden for a year which wasn't pleasant but was not my job to move as it was the previous tenants. Old heaters that should have been updated to keep house at least moderately warm. Landlord would visit unexpectedly. The list goes on. Was given 24 hours to leave the premises with my 10months old baby and the landlord wanted the keys to be dropped off at the estate agent for their own convenience.
Stay clear, behind the fancy suits are dodgy business men.

Worst place ever try to rent you a property that is rat infested and say they are doing the hole house up comes to move in day with thick grease everywhere blood on floor bathroom falling apart made my partner and kids be sick couldn't turn the lights of as the was all hanging of the ceiling then they say they won't to do the work they promised and take the keys off us even tho we go a contract we will be seeing you in court real soon good luck!
