Just lost out on £3k and am homeless. I was in the process of purchasing a property and was told with confidence that the tenants will move out and have never caused a sale to fall through. I put my time into this, I lost out £3k and have nowhere to live after spending months on trying to buy this place. I told one agent Daniel Leverton about my mortgage offer expiry date he just kept saying don’t worry they will move out. I eventually spoke to the manager Karen Dunnage and she said she just found out about my mortgage expiry and the seller only gave notice to the tenants after this. Poor communication, confidence which shouldn’t have been there. I am fuming!

I didn’t have a clue about selling a property, but the friendly team here were so helpful.
Lee the manager was my first contact and reassured me they would take care of everything for me. He was right.
Karen helped me with completing and printing out any forms and sent them straight off to my conveyancing solicitors for me. She explained any next steps and guided me through all the procedures. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I was encouraged to phone them if ever I had any queries.

I cannot praise the staff at Bairstow eves Dagenham enough for everything they have done for me.
I enquired about a property and from one phone call they arranged a mortgage appointment with their advisor, who sorted me a mortgage in less than a week. They understood that I was a Teacher and worked around my timings. They found me a property so quickly and really listened to what I wanted and found the right place for me. They helped me with solicitors, paperwork, and explained everything to me in ways I understood. They have sent off documents, scanned copies and just made the whole process of buying my first home so easy. Karen has made this whole process less stressful and I cannot thank them enough.

I would like to say that the team at the Bairstow eve branch at the Heathway Dagenham, especially Gary and Karen worked really hard and above there duties in arranging my sale of my house in Rookery Crescent Dagenham. This all started in May 2017 they were chasing potential buyers for my house so I did not lose the sale in Norfolk. They kept in contact with other estate agents in Norfolk at all times.
Every time I went into the shop at the Heathway Dagenham they would stop and sort out my query, or if they were not in their colleagues would get them to call me, which they always did either Gary or Karen because I would only talk to them, because over time I became to know them and trust them.
A few times I went in upset because I never understood the time someone would visit and seem to be time wasters, I always came out happier because they would explain reasons etc.
I would recommend Bairstow to my friends because of there commitment to me. Sorry about late review just been excited with my new property.

They had potential buyers already lined up, arranged over 20 viewings and ultimately secured 4 separate offers for my flat.
Several unfortunate circumstances beset my move with problems elsewhere in my chain. Garry very kindly spent many hours liaising with the other estate agents and solicitors in the chain on my behalf, this took the stress out of moving for me and I have him to thank for preventing the chain from collapsing.

My issues are from August 2016. Nine months on I'm still fuming about my experience.

The staff at this branch are some of the most helpful people. The office staff made sure everything went smoothly and that we were kept up to date at all times. I could not of wished for a better service they really did lower the stress levels of moving home. We would like to thank them very much for their continued support from start to finish.
