The open day viewings on Saturdays worked very well for us meaning that we only had viewers coming around once a week for an hour. During that hour we had on average 10 viewers each week. Valuation was spot on ensuring a speedy sale.

Luke kept us informed throughout. This was a cash buyer sale. We sold for the minimum we were prepared to accept. The house went back on the market the following week. Hmm

I had the best of treatment from William H Brown Barking. I will single out Ashley who helped me throughout the purchase. Ashley will pick up his mobile phone even on his off days to advise me. Honestly I was new to it so he was very excellent and professional in dealing with me.

Disapppointing experience, we left as soon as our contract allowed. Initial meeting seemed good but then they wrote a poor description of our place, left windows wide open and the property exposed to break ins after showing tenants round and were very unaware of even the basics when showing people around.
