Andy V was and is terrific. He vetted and interviewed prospective tenants for my rooms. He really helped me personally to find the ideal tenant for what was, my home. He didn't just take the money and run. The whole process was so easy and they continue to be the managing agent for my property. I can't recommend them highly enough.

A very dishonest company. We rented for 3 years and never missed a payment. They told us the landlord did not want to renew the tenancy and wanted to "out of courtesy and respect for you and our tenancy time together I wanted to inform you straight away and as soon as I was made aware."
This was untrue. Another tenant in the building with the same landlord had the same email 3 months earlier so they were well aware of what was going to happen. They did the same thing to 4 flats in the building. Moving families out of their homes
2 weeks after we moved out of our home the property is back on the market with a 25% increase. This happened to 4 other flats in the building by the same landlord/network.
The furniture in the properties are incredibly dated and cheap - they will never replace anything. There was also lots of damp and mould which they said they would fix - The never did
They don't care that this is your home. They have no morals or principles. They are greedy liars. Rent at your own risk.

Rented with Network for many years, we were very good tenants, they were lucky to have us but evicted us saying the owner wanted the property back only to immediately re-rent for more money.

Absolutely dreadful Experience with this company.
Booked to view a property on the 25th February with confirmation on the 27th
Have turned up today to nobody there to greet us. On calling the office, I was told the person who was meant to show us around was off and that there was no booking scheduled for today (I have the confirmation email with date time and address).After explaining i’d driven over an hour to get here, I was told that a deposit has been taken for the property earlier in the week and it was no longer available. The lack of any type of communication and compassion at the waste of time I’d spend was dreadful. Avoid at all costs!!

Network Agencies are awesome, been renting with them for a while and their level of care and attention to their tenants are fantastic. Recently had a broken sink fitting, I contacted the office on the bank holiday Monday, and they sent a engineer called Jacky the next morning, did a fantastic job and fixed the sink! All the staff at Network Agencies are really nice - shout out to all the staff - particularly to Dino, Alex and Andy!

They did not show up in a viewing they scheduled and confirmed.
Waste of time. Confirmed a viewing appointment with me only for me to find out that they have not to logged it on their own records as scheduled. I arrive at the property to find out after calling them that the property is already off the market.

Although we had agreed that they would provide me with a sofa they did not keep their word. Every time I asked them when I would receive the sofa, they said that their provider did not have any sofas. So, I rented for one year a flat on Fonthill road and during that time they did not provide me with the sofa. And the funny thing is when they did the viewings for the new tenants, they kept saying that the sofa had been removed but it was very easy for them to provide one. So do not trust them. They will not provide anything at all.

I have had a great experience with Network Agencies and would recommend, with the whole team being nice and professional. I have rented a flat with them for a year and a half and they have always been quick to respond when anything needed to be repaired (broken doorknob, mattress, blocked sink, etc), as well as flexible when I had requested further things to be installed to the flat (e.g. new sockets). The move in and move out processes have been really smooth and they can definitely be trusted.

Do not recommend going through Network Agencies for any of your letting needs. The list of problems within the teething phase of moving in is just endless. The problems start as soon as you walk through the door because the property definitely does not get checked before any residents first move in. Evident by how dirty the place is.
Once the company are contacted to fix these problems there are a minimal amount of people in the agency that are competent enough to fix any of these problems. Even the biggest of issues where living conditions are impacted every day, no one shows any care or gratitude towards the problem, it just seems like they are there to try and do a job, rather than caring and doing the best for customers.

We rent a house from NA for 3 young girls and since the 3rd of September they have had no hot water.
They have been trying to fix this problem but with no success.
So I decided to phone to see what was happening with the water.
I spoke to Dino the maintenance manager and I have never met such a condescending man in all my years of business.
Rude, unprofessional and ignorant.
Would never recommend this company again.

We've rented a flat from NA for 4 years and they've been always helpful throughout the years. Any time we had issues in the flat, they would send an engineer on the next day to fix it.
Andy, our agent was very kind from the first day. Even when moving out he was very cooperative and considerate. I couldn't ask for a better agent!
I can only recommend the agency!

I would like to recommend Andy. I have been in contact with him to view a property and I highly recommend him. He is very professional and a very nice person who does what he promises. When looking for a flat, I believe that it is also important to look at the estate agency reviews as some estate agencies don't comply with regulation or ignore regulation on purpose. This estate agency is also part of a redress scheme which is also a good thing. I am very happy with my experience with Andy.

I lived in a flat managed by this agency for 2 years and it was my best renting experience since moving to London. Everyone who works there is polite and down-to-earth and they seem to genuinely care about doing their jobs well and doing right by both their landlords and their tenants.
First good impression - Dimi, who showed me the flat, was straight-forward and honest when he gave me a tour, and didn't layer on the frills and sales-pitch which you so often see from agents, so I felt like I could trust him.
Next, Andy, in Lettings, was super helpful throughout the process of sorting out the contracts and he was always available to discuss possible changes to the flat or whatever it was we wanted to do - he was flexible, but also very forthright about making sure that everything we did was with respect towards the property and the understanding that we would be expected to undo and fix whatever changes the landlord/agency didn't want to keep, which is completely fair. When we were moving out, he was very reasonable about the leaving process and deposit deductions, again, doing his best to make sure the flat was looked after while also not wanting to rip us off and taking into consideration that we had been respectful and trustworthy tenants. I honestly could not fault him for anything.
Maintenance, now headed by Jason I believe, was usually available and quick to respond to our queries about furniture or facilities in the flat. We never had to wait more than a day or two for repairs and they were always done well and in a way that lasted. The repairmen were stand-up folks and respect to them for doing their jobs well, and to the agency for hiring them.
Finally, after we gave notice two months before our contract was to expire (we were reminded of this by the agency, not all agents do this), the flat showings were done by Sogand and Candecia who always let us know about the viewings in advance and were generally lovely.
All in all, from my experience, this is a good agency run by good people who take care of their clients and coworkers. Treat them and the property with respect, communicate with them honestly and you will get the same treatment back. Can't recommend these folks enough.
P.S. They deal more in whole properties than rooms as far as I know, but it's always worth checking.

After long search for a flat with many agents not even turning up to appointments, finally Network Agencies delivered a service I didn't even hope for. Staff was friendly and very helpful, fees were really low, not to mention that check in, inventory was all included. Did I mention they went off their way to help me with reference? Very pleased will be a soft word

Dishonest and Unhelpful.
Won't make repairs if it doesn't suit them, for the past 16 months we have had to deal with;
- A whole in our window frame that you can stick your finger through, -
- Broken lighting in the stairwell and entrance way, meaning you have to navigate three flights of stairs with a torch,
- Broken intercom and no doorbell,
- A whole in the exterior wall that's big enough to fit your fist through in the kitchen,
They avoid calls when it's something they don't want to deal with, which is a shame because they have some great builders/handymen.

Moving and renting in London can be very stressful from experience, but Network Agencies always made it as stress free as possible.

I have rented with this agency for the last 12 years, and have just moved out, and I have to say being an estate agent myself in sales and lettings, I have never dealt with a worse agent. I actually don't have the time to list all of the bad experiences but as some other people have mentioned on here, getting them out to fix anything is like pulling teeth, they left me with no heating or hot water for a week in winter about 5 years ago and then when they did fit a new boiler they pulled the tiles off the kitchen wall that enclosed the pipes and left them out of place where they still are today, the garden fence has been down for the last 3 months and after numerous emails and calls someone came round to look, after someone else had been and taken photos and its still down! The handyman came round in February and looked at the shower and said it needed changing , its still not been done. Last year the two cupboards in the hallway were damp and mouldy and I had to throw away several jackets. After numerous reports to them over several months they finally sent two clueless men round who drilled holes into the hallway instead of to the outside! So I had to wait another few weeks for them to come back to drill the holes to the outside . When the house was rented out as rooms they moved two ladies in to share one room without even telling me they were coming so I was watching telly one evening and they just let themselves in! The response to my anger was, you are renting a room so you have no rights!! Never mind just a courtesy call to say they would be coming. Someone else moved in and never even got a set of keys given to them, I had to cut some! They never carried out an inventory, I haven't signed a contract for years and when I handed in my notice they had the cheek to send me an email about being reasonable when it comes to the state I leave the house in! Never mind the state it is in already!! So as I said I could go on, and if they weren't so bad and hadn't left the house to rot I would probably still be there as I loved the area and the actual landlord was nice, but there is only so much you can take. I have never written a bad review ever but I felt this had to be done to warn people about this agency as they really were dreadful and had no respect whatsoever.

I've been with this agency for a while and the last 2 years my rent was raised for 300£ more each year. I'm leaving them now as they are only interested in money and have no principles!!!
Horrible people! The toilets has been broken for 4 months and no one come to fix it. Their handyman come to check the boiler and left me with no hot water.
I wouldn't recommend them!!!!

I was originally drawn to Network Agencies and warmed by their moral standards and humanism through one of their gumtree internet adverts, something i believe is becoming more eroded as we face the stark realities of the 21st Century.
The lettings manager who i rightly nicknamed Mr Andy V Love after all of his help, invited me into his modest office, seated me and gave me a whole load of options, possibilities and strategies of how to go about securing a property on housing benefit all on my own which lets face it, now days is an impossibility! After endless months of no hope and desperation, rises in agency fees, lack of properties anywhere... this advert appeared to me in all the glory it was, driving him only was the basic human heart of generosity and it raised my spirits and led me to secure a property with a private landlord that i gave up on months upon months ago!
My gratitude to this unselfish act of simple help and being pointed in the right direction? This review and a tribute poem i will suggest to add to the website, in the near future in tribute to their unrecognized hard work underpinning their work in the community.
