We bought a property with Nicholsons estate agents in fleet recently and despite not normally leaving reviews I wanted to share my experience as moving is a stressful process, having also sold a property with another agent in another area I have something to use as a direct comparison, as things progress you want to keep being updated which I found to be a constant problem generally speaking if i wanted to know about a latest update I needed to chase for information this is in relation to the other agent and solicitor, I dealt with Graham and Lewis and for the majority of the time the branch manager Alex Halfacre at Nicholsons estate agent, Alex gave me updates as he received them, answered any questions I had and was prompt in replying to emails and always polite and courteous, he also asked the other agent to chase our buyer more than once as things were stalling and it seemed as if they were dragging their heels, I hope I have moved for the last time but If I were to or if someone asked me to recommend a local agent I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Nicholsons estate agents in fleet, I want to thank Graham and Lewis for dealing with any queries I had if Alex wasn't available and to Alex for making a long winded process (because of issues at the other end) run more smoothly with his prompt and helpful service, thank you Nicholsons we did it you helped us achieve our goal we very much appreciate your help in making this happen thank you

Nicholsons have been amazing throughout our house buying journey. We dealt with other estate agents prior to Nicholsons and they were all very pressuring and trying to squeeze as much money out of us as possible (which I know ultimately is their job) but Nicholsons treated us with respect and kindness. We dealt closely with Graham and Luke and they were both extremely helpful answering any queries we had and they had great communication.
I would highly recommend their services and I’m sure one day we will go through them again!

Bought a house through Nicholsons and only have positive remarks for them.
We did the viewing and all the purchase admin through the branch manager, Alex, who was well informed, helpful and professional throughout the whole thing (thank you Alex!). It was clear he cared for both us and his vendors and did what he could to make sure both sides were happy even when we had some trouble with survey results. When he wasn't in, there was always another team member who would pick up any emails etc.
I think it says a lot about an estate agent when they manage to get multiple offers on a house in two days when it had previously been on the market for two months with another agent with no luck.
I'd absolutely consider using Nicholsons if I were selling a house in the future. They really made an effort with us compared to other agents selling other properties we looked at.

I chose Nicholsons to sell our house as Alex was very professional, friendly and enthusiastic when he came to value the property. Unfortunately we didn’t get our original asking price but this was not due to Alex as in the first weeks a lot of people were shown round . We were recommended to speak to Alex at Nicholsons after a family member had used him to sell their property and also met him at viewings. So we had our first meeting and we had a great chat and he even helped us unload the food shop delivery which was helpful. We liked the energy and positivity that Alex brought to the table with regards to our property and gave us a realistic figure to sell our house and he priced it very accurately to the market and we never had to reduce our property price so that shows it was priced within the correct range. Awful experience, they say they will call you back everytime you call and they obviously didn't in my case, I've called them multiple times after viewing one of the flats and they've been very unprofessional. After 2 weeks calling now the flat is gone.

Recently going to be renting a property through Nicholsons and we are so happy with the services which has been provided especially by Graham. We had actually nearly finalised with another local well known company on a property and due to there lack of efficiency and customer service we decided to not go ahead and lucky for us we found a property we liked and proceeded with this. Nothing has been difficult dealing with anyone from the viewing, referencing etc and every question has been answered with no problems asked. Thank you and we will be sure to tell everyone how sufficient and easy this process with this company has been.

Absolutely discussing letting management. I had to contact landlord directly with my concerns . Also had to call Rushmoor borough council too to step on their tails to fix boiler in middle of winter . I had to keep on calling them and emailing them to just to reply to me. Letting magament would not willigant to get back to me on any of my problems. I had to fix thing on my own money in the house. But after several problems with them I took advice from solicitors, shelters and council . They cheap to rent but absolutely bad service and they treat their tenant rubbish ! I am so happy to find my current private landlord. Who is treating us great. This is shows landlords are actually does care but most of letting agents are just after your money and landlords money too. Never will rent or even recommend them to anyone. We stayed 6 months in that house no longer could stay there. Also I had to dispute my deposit as after two weeks they did not even thinking to transfer it back. I must admit house left perfect condition. But check out investor advice me to check check the out investory as they high likely like to change paper work. And this was his on experience.I feel sick . ????
