As I will go to live in UK in Jul, I contacted Lettings agent Lucie Macdonald to make offer for the apartment in Fleet. At the beginning the landlord gave offer to others, but Lucie keeps checking for me and gave me first priority on the waiting list. Then I received her email that the landlord will reconsider my offer again, I respond to her with all documents checking immediately. Finally, I can rent the apartment successfully.
I am so grateful to Lucie for her Professional services as I have solved problem of finding house in UK.

I highly recommend this place in fleet, Everyone was so kind, respectful going out their way to help me and my sister, As first time renters, this was really stressful and difficult for us. Avoid. As the tenancy was ending, it transpired that they failed to transfer the check-in inventory after acquiring the previous agent over a year before—they told us by email at 5pm just as they closed for the entire Christmas period, leaving us unsure whether we could even make a deposit claim. Months later, they sent a bill. Poorly organised and unnecessarily stressful.
