I have been renting with Leaders for over 11 years and have always had a good service. Sophie Conway the property manager has always been a pleasure to deal with, and has on numerous occasions gone above and beyond, even answering emails while on annual leave!

Always found leaders to be very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, but Lewis my property manger is always available to help in anyway, nothing is too much trouble it seems, polite, friendly and again always extremely helpful, he's a star.

From summer that I kept applying for houses or flats to rent in Worcester needing to move from Hereford,most of them being under Leaders.I have been refused absolutely everytime ,first because landlords won't rent to me as i have a small child,i wonder all those 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom houses who rented them if no childrens were allowed, then several landlords wouldn't rent to smokers even if I wouldn't have smoked in the house,all this while I was working full time,in September I became a full time student,therefore my need to move,they continued to refuse me if I didn't had a guarantor ,finally sorted the guarantor ,now they refused me because I had an Debt Relief Order. Someome should actually look better on how this letting agency works because all I had from them was a permanent discrimination .

It has been a pleasure dealing with Lewis. The comms are very good and have always kept us (the tenant) in the loop about everything. As the property manager he has always been available to assist with any queries or problems and the conversation is always very positive.
This has been consistent over 2 years so nothing to complain about!

Couldn't recommend Leaders enough!! We are currently in the process of renting a property through them. We recently viewed a sweet little house with the lovely Kate who was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She has and continues to communicate with us regularly to provide updates and share our excitement for our new home! The process has been smooth so far thanks to Kates efficiency and we couldn't be more grateful. Big love to Leaders!

If I could review zero, I would! Viewed a property in Worcester with Kate yesterday. We were keen, expressed that we wanted to put our application in and that we were happy to offer over the asking price to potentially increase our chances of living in the property. She informed us that after the viewings she would be back in the office by 4:30pm and would be calling everyone to confirm their application before she submitted it to the landlord. No phone call came. We called at 5:30pm (the office closed at 6) we were told she was on another call and would phone back after. Of course she didn’t. This morning we emailed to clarify we wanted to put an offer in. Nothing. Silence. We called the office and were told she was out on viewings. We noticed that the property had been taken off the market on right move so we called again at 10am and were told she would call back. As expected she did not. We understand that there are several mitigating factors that may mean you don’t get a rental property, but the radio silence is just unacceptable. If you had nothing to hide, why not just simply email to explain the landlord chose somebody else. That’s all it would’ve taken. They refuse to let you speak to the manager and try to fob you off with excuses. Very disappointed. I have contacted head office and the property ombudsman for advice both of whom have been very helpful. Advice to anyone looking to rent in the local area. Avoid Leaders!!!! Lots of other lovely, helpful estate agents around.
